Very disappointed... (very unprofessional)
I am the HOA Building Manager with 35+ years of experience in the maintenance field
Do Right refused to respond to emergency situation call, for a boiler that they installed last year to the tune of 40k. Spoke with Brad who was extremely rude.
Seems feelings were hurt because our building had not been using their service exclusively or that the proposals they submitted were not awarded .
Unfortunately for Do Right. Proposals are based on cost and responsiveness along with professionalism.
Contacted the owner Armando for clarification and discuss resolution was told if they were not the primary plumber for the building it was not worth their time to come out in emergency situations.

Armando and Team make the process of fixing a heating/air conditioner a pleasant experience. Armando is honest, reliable and has excellent communication skills. He explains fixes in an easy to understand manner. Do Right is the go to company for our downtown condominium neighborhood. I know my neighbors feel the same way. He also helped my 80 year old mother with her heating/air conditioner, which had not been used in 15 years. Thank you for your fair and loyal service, Armando and Team.

Dishonest, Fraudulent Company. Avoid at all cost. Here's why:

We're landlords and security called about the hot water heater leaking in our rental unit. They're an HOA and Do Right is listed as their go to plumber. Our HOA calls Do Right to help with the leak.

So Jose, from Do Right, is on the phone with us and says that our inlet valve is corroded and will not turn off. The whole complex will need to be shut off so that he can replace the valve and drain the water heater. All for a nice $450. We can then get the tank replaced later.

My husband is suspect so we decline his offer and drive the 5 min to our rental unit. My husband literally goes to the water heater, turns the valve and shuts the water off. He then checks the faucets to ensure there is no hot water flowing and what a miracle, the valve actually works. Not water closed off.

We call Jose and close the loop on his complete lie and apparent easy behavior of taking advantage of people when they are in their greatest need of an honest person.

Do not trust this company. We'll be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and any other media authority we can.

The most reliable and honest men I have had the pleasure to work with! I am an HOA manager and not once have these guys lead me wrong ....don't bother shopping any other plumber...do right is all you will need. Thanks guys for everything!

We had an extremely unprofessional and rude experience with this plumbing company. The plumber Mike looked at the garbage disposal and sink plumbing when he arrived and informed us of 2 different options in which we could approach fixing it. We were experiencing a small leak out of our garbage disposal when we would run it. We opted to choose the one that would fix it easily without an extensive new plumbing set up that would involve running a vent thru the roof. He went to his vehicle to get the tools and parts to fix it. When he came back he said he called the office and was told he could not do what he offered and what we agreed to. When we confirmed with him that the extensive and unnecessary fix was something we did not want to do at this time, he very quickly became snappy and condescending. Now, realize that we were given 2 options. At first he agreed to the more economical one, then we were told we could not have it. Since it was turning more into a sales pitch than anything else, he was thanked for his services. In a very rude tone, he asked my partner what his name was. Seemed odd he waited until that point to ask, especially in such a hostile way. So now that he was not going to perform the services he offered we only had the option of saying; no thanks and good bye. He reluctantly said he would go ahead and tighten something on the garbage disposal and when my partner said he probably could have fixed that, Mike said in a very rude manner, well you shouldn't have called the plumber. We also had alerted Mike to a minor bathroom sink issue and he did not offer to fix it and easily could have. $100 for a service call. What great customer service and a way to represent the company. All of this 'great customer service' actually started right when he arrived. Our dog, who never has a problem with anyone, was scared of him and would not stop barking. She never does this. He didn't even try to be friendly with her. Not sure if it was his big beard or hat or unfriendly demeanor or all the above. We were hoping to do the right thing by supporting a local company that would actually answer the phone when we call them to discuss our interaction with their plumber.

The prices are fair but make sure you are getting what you are expecting.
Contractor stepped through my living room ceiling! Never called to let me know of any problems and states,"" YOU would have had to repair your ceiling anyway so it really is a 50/50 situation. Cut the ceiling or step through the living room ceiling via the attic.""
""I told you there would be drywall repairs.""
Wow was I surprised when the tenant called to ask when are they coming back to ""finish the repairs and fix the giant holes in the ceiling, bathroom, kitchen walls and counter area, and garage.""
They are nice people but no calls to let me know they are coming to the house to start the job or ANY follow up calls to let me know the job is complete. They took advantage of the fact it was a rental and I was not at the home.

So, getting someone to my house was a little bit of a pain, there was a slight communication glitch b/w dispatch and the plumber. HOWEVER, it was settled quickly and smoothly, and they got someone to my house only an hour after expected arrival time with profuse apologies.

The work was fast and efficient, and the plumber even showed me how to take care of a few things myself. Overall took maybe a half an hour. Fast, efficient, professional, and skilled.
