This company recently did work on the apartment NEXT to mine, not mine. Three gentlemen came over after working on the apartment next to to mine to make sure none of my pipes clogged. That same night my entire bathtub was clogged and could not be used so I called this company to come check my place out the exact next day and they told me they would have to charge me or told me to call my HOA. They said it was past the 24 hour warratny. Mind you, they didn't actually ever work on my apartment- they just messed up my apartment after working on the pipes in the one next to me. I called this company to take a look at my leaky shower faucet. I was tied up at work so I gave the company permission to enter without me there.

They quoted me $900+ for a repair... but after checking my ring doorbell footage, nobody ever even came by!!!!

The ring doorbell catches all entry/exit activity.

Moral of the story is, this company lied and said they came by for an estimate when they really didn't.

Trust is huge in my book so I will not be using this company at all in the future.

I contacted do right plumbing yesterday evening which was July 12th about multiple issues i was having with my leaking toilet. I was told he would be out as soon as I was finished with work the following day. Fast forward to the next day, my leaking and loud toilet is a thing of the past. Basically every hose, bolt and flap has been replaced. I am fully satisfied with the service i received and would recommended Do Right Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing workin the future!

We called Do Right for the second time as the first experience was great. This time they sent Vinny M. and he was terrific . Very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to find the right way to clear a very difficult line. The cost was very reasonable especially for a Sunday. One of the things we like about Do Right is that the send you a picture of your technician and a tracking link so you know when they will arrive. Clean and respectful of our home. Being that I use to own a plumbing company and know the ins and outs, I highly recommend Do Right Plumbing.

"" Fabian Did A Nice Job ""

My sink in our master bathroom was plugged up and would not drain. I called Do Right Plumbing in La Mesa, CA and they sent Fabian Serratos out to my house to snake out my plugged drain. Fabian was very nice and professional as he asked me several questions about the sink before snaking the drain line thoroughly. Fabian was very neat and clean as he made sure there was no dirty outcome from snaking my drain. Fabian was very reliable, honest and friendly. We were very pleased with Fabian's work and the outcome, which was a clear and working drain.

Very disappointed... (very unprofessional)
I am the HOA Building Manager with 35+ years of experience in the maintenance field
Do Right refused to respond to emergency situation call, for a boiler that they installed last year to the tune of 40k. Spoke with Brad who was extremely rude.
Seems feelings were hurt because our building had not been using their service exclusively or that the proposals they submitted were not awarded .
Unfortunately for Do Right. Proposals are based on cost and responsiveness along with professionalism.
Contacted the owner Armando for clarification and discuss resolution was told if they were not the primary plumber for the building it was not worth their time to come out in emergency situations.

Armando and Team make the process of fixing a heating/air conditioner a pleasant experience. Armando is honest, reliable and has excellent communication skills. He explains fixes in an easy to understand manner. Do Right is the go to company for our downtown condominium neighborhood. I know my neighbors feel the same way. He also helped my 80 year old mother with her heating/air conditioner, which had not been used in 15 years. Thank you for your fair and loyal service, Armando and Team.

Dishonest, Fraudulent Company. Avoid at all cost. Here's why:

We're landlords and security called about the hot water heater leaking in our rental unit. They're an HOA and Do Right is listed as their go to plumber. Our HOA calls Do Right to help with the leak.

So Jose, from Do Right, is on the phone with us and says that our inlet valve is corroded and will not turn off. The whole complex will need to be shut off so that he can replace the valve and drain the water heater. All for a nice $450. We can then get the tank replaced later.

My husband is suspect so we decline his offer and drive the 5 min to our rental unit. My husband literally goes to the water heater, turns the valve and shuts the water off. He then checks the faucets to ensure there is no hot water flowing and what a miracle, the valve actually works. Not water closed off.

We call Jose and close the loop on his complete lie and apparent easy behavior of taking advantage of people when they are in their greatest need of an honest person.

Do not trust this company. We'll be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and any other media authority we can.
