In response to ur reply. Seriously, I explained my situation with current plumber I hired doing 2 rooms outa 5. And needing help with rest of project as they were busy and I needed another to do the rest. I was always upfront and honest from the start. And u never mentioned that it was a respect issue. In fact ,ur coworker offered to do cabinets in kitchen and suggested it would be cheaper, and we all went over moving sink further to make things more functional! There was no thought on ur part about respect even when u knew who my current plumber was. U mentioned that u knew them and he was a great guy. And still u said u would prepare an estimate. There was absolutely no miscommunication. U failed to respond and my review made u respond to cover ur mishap! I have no reason to lie ! And as a company u should own up to ur mistakes and be honest! I stand by my words! I'm true to my heart! But still happy u took time out to consider!

Highly recommended. Had a water leak in the house and after getting an insane quote from another company I stumbled upon Do It Rite plumbing and I'm glad I did. Cole and company were very responsive and all the work was done super quickly and efficiently. They were all really friendly and got everything fixed up in no time. Not to mention, at a great price. I will definitely have them on speed dial if I need any plumbing work in the future.

Cole and Tyson were both super responsive and did a phenomenal job at our house. We had our solar water heater serviced and the job was done efficiently, safely and professionally. We developed a new leak from our water heater on a Friday nightCole/Tyson were both easy to reach on Saturday morning and Tyson took care of the problem for us on the same day! Tyson clarified the problem, educated us on what to do in the event of future leaks and was available after the fact for continued questions.

Quality, professional work! Loved that they showed up in a mask, as safety is number one right now. Everything was great, they showed up on time, told me exactly what to expect, they were very polite & courteous, cleaned up after themselves. Definitely recommended! Cole and team were so knowledgeable and efficient. The rental house we had just moved in 2 days prior started having major plumbing issues. Showers were not draining, water seeping up through the floors and toilettes began backing up. Cole and team scoped the problem and knew exactly what the cause was and how to fix it. Unfortunately for us, the owner decided to go with another plumber who told him what he wanted to hear rather than face reality. Cole understood our dire situation and called us a few days later to see if we were ok and taken care of even knowing the owner chose to go with another plumber. The hired plumber trenched and changed some pipes. But long story short, we have to move out because we have no working shower and I'm afraid the toilettes will begin to back up soon. It's been a nightmare! The owner should have went with ""Do It Right Plumbing"" as the name implies. I would definitely hire Cole and team in the future.
