I needed a drain cleared and came to Yelp to find plumbers in my area. ""Do It Rite Plumbing"" stood out boldly due to their customer reviews. I put in a request on Sunday and I got a text from Cole (Owner) at 6:18 the next morning. He let me know his price and I got an 11am confirmation. The two techs that came (sorry, I didn't get their names) were very friendly and helpful. The problem was fixed very quickly. Prompt, great service is what you can expect from this company. I will be using them again for my future plumbling needs. Thanks to the team at Do It Rite Plumbing!

We needed to have a toilet installed. Spoke with a team member at Do It Rite Plumbing who was helpful and professional. Scheduled for the installation about 7-10 days out. The plumber called early to share that they had a cancellation and they could come earlier - which worked out great. The two plumbers installed a new angle shut off and the toilet I purchased. The two plumbers were efficient and clean. (Thanks for offering to taking off your shoes!). Great job, I would highly recommend the company. The cost was about $500 including the angle valve, wax ring, connector hose, and a professional job. Mahalo

Been our go to company for many projects. Always do great work and are professional. Many plumbers let me down on a washer dryer installation in our spare garage, but Cole came through on our project and the work is PERFECT!!

After a traumatizing experience with another plumber I'm so so SO glad to have found Cole and his team. Clear, concise communication, honest pricing and reasonable timing expectations. I had to replace my kitchen valves and install a new faucet. Cole's team went and got the parts for me when what I got on amazon was a bust. Excellent service. I had no hot water for over 12 days due to all kinds of issues with the valves and mixers and temperature controllers - all installed by my late husband who was known for taking a simple problem and complicating the crap out of it. In two hours, my hot water system was up and running throughout the house. Knowledgeable, skilled, quick, pleasant, and fast service. They came within 24 hours of my desperate call, ""Please help me; I haven't showered in 12 days."" They came through. I'm so happy. Will use them again.

Saturday, April 23rd, 830am After reading favorable reviews, I requested a quote and received what I assume is an automated reply stating to call or text to schedule an appointment. I called and Cole's prompt response - without asking me what I needed - was ""can't do it. I don't have any openings until May 2nd."" While I appreciate the quick and very real response, why say to call to schedule then?? Good customer service goes a long way. Edited to add: Business hours are 6am-6pm Monday through Saturday. I now realize this company is not for help with emergencies but rather just general plumbing needs.

We noticed our water bill was crazy high and realized we had a leak. I reached out to Cole on the recommendation of a friend. He asked a few questions and was able to almost exactly pinpoint the source of the leak on the phone. He was able to come in person later that day and already had all the parts needed to do the repair with him. The leak was underground so it took some time and trust in Cole that he was looking the the right area, but sure enough he was spot on. He removed the rusted out galvanized pipe and replaced with copper. I couldn't be happier with the timely service or quality of the work. I will happily use him again if I ever need a plumber. P.S. He also was very personable and he happily explained what he was doing and why he was doing it throughout the job. I'm the type of person that likes to see what happening and I know some people don't like that when working but Cole was happy to educate me as he worked.
