Excellent service, response time, pricing, and very professional. My kitchen sink and bathroom tub were clogged and began backing up. Cole and his team came out the next day, fixed my clog, changed out the p trap, and checked my sewer lines. Pricing was very fair ( he offers a veteran discount ) and they were clean and quick. I would use Cole again and recommend him to my family and friends.

So refreshing to have a company actually respond to your message. I called four plumbers and received not one call back. I called Do It Rite Plumbing and received a call back. Cole and his assistant are reliable. They showed up on time. We had a water softener installed and the cost was below what he quoted. I was so unsure on how I was going to tie in my whole house filtration system with my tankless water heater at first just brainstorming where to choose a good location for everything and who to call to do what. I went on yelp and found a licensed water heater installer and he gave me a great option to install and leave room to install the house filtration system. After getting his quote I contacted Cole at Do it rite plumbing and inquired about the filtration system. He specializes in both to make as efficient as possible so that was a no brainer. It's a good thing I called him because going with the first layout of the tankless water heater would've left me no option but to cut out the walls to run the water lines to the filtration system. Cole and his crew banged out the job in 1 day! It was way over 8 hours but he was dedicated to complete the job no matter how much time it took. He even installed a designated filtered hose bib outside to wash our cars and a separate one from the city water main to water our lawn. Overall Cole is genuine and a man of his word. Questions asked, he always has the answers for me. Our system is epic and definitely a life changer.... No more water spots and calcium build up around all the faucets, drains, etc. Thanks for everything Cole, you and your crew did an amazing job. Aloha

I used Do It Rite Plumbing few years back when my garbage disposal and sink backed up and they ended up having to snake it 50 ft! I was impressed with their professionalism, yet friendliness. The other night there was a puddle of water under my sink and I saw a tiny drip coming from the bottom of my garbage disposal. The cabinet bottom was wet but I thought it had just accumulated. Made an appointment with Do It Right to come yesterday. It got worse overnight and by the time I went to bed, I saw water dripping regularly from the pipes even where it went into my wall! I saturated towels in the process, but couldn't figure out why the towels were getting wet when the pot was catching the water. I had an appointment between 10:00-12:00 and I was so pleasantly surprised that Andrew and Jay came early (they tried to call but my phone was on silence, so they came anyway). In less than 2 minutes, they knew and showed me what the problem was (faucet line was leaking and spewing out a fine mist explaining why the towels were wet). Unfortunately, the line is connected the faucet unit so I needed a new faucet. They went to Lowe's, sent me photos of what was available and bought it and came back and installed it, including the new soap dispenser. I can't believe how painless it was! This morning I noticed my faucet could rotate 360 and wasn't sure if it was supposed to be like that. I took a video and was going to text them but ended up phoning them by mistake so I hung up. Few seconds later, I got a call from them (!) and I explained what my concern was, told them which faucet I had and Cole, the owner assured me that was normal, that some models do that ""free spinning"". I am totally impressed by the exemplary service and would never consider using another plumber. They know their stuff well and the Andrew and Jay are model workers - nice, efficient, capable, professional, friendly, patient...I could go on and on. Do It Rite Plumbing knows how to do it right. Keep up the great work!

Cyndy's Bottom Line: Prompt, reliable, honest and efficient work. We were in search of a plumber at an unexpected time. We found Do It Rite Plumbing (DIRP) on Yelp with consistently good reviews based on prompt, and reliable service. We requested a quote on Yelp and received a quick response then called DIRP to set up an appointment and we got a same day appointment. Excellent! Jay and Ethan called to give a status update as they were leaving the previous job site. Excellent! We explained the problem and without delay they went into action. Jay and Ethan did an excellent job from start to finish. Explained each step of the repair and cleaned up the area. Highly recommend Do It Rite Plumbing to family and friends.

I rarely write reviews, but will take the time to write one for exceptional service. I agree with all the other positive reviewers for Do It Rite Plumbing and can confirm that Cole and his team are awesome! Cole is super friendly, responsive and professional and truly cares about taking care of his customers. He and Makai quickly replaced my leaky faucet and carefully cleaned up after they were done. Cole's rates are also very reasonable. Cole provided great advice on updating my other fixtures to prevent future problems. I will definitely be using their services again and will recommend them to all my friends and family! Thanks so much for the great service!

A little bit more than some competitors but available, on-time and efficient. Quickly diagnosed problem, made fix and cleaned up carefully. Took time to explain what they were doing, check all fittings for hidden problems. Excellent clean-up after done leaving job site cleaner than they found it. Would definitely hire them again.

To be quite honest, they did no plumbing for me, but that's a good thing!! This company is honest and trustworthy- use them. I will call them for my future plumbing needs. I though I needed to fix a dripping shower faucet, but Cole explained that it was normal and that I didn't need to. He also checked pressure at my home to make sure that we were good. May need to change the regulator in the future, but not at this time. They did not make any money from me today, but their integrity ensures that I will use them for my plumbing needs in the future. If you are on the fence, give them a call!
