I'll say that do it right plumbing looks out for their customer best interest in preforming and getting job done in a reasonable cost. My toilet was backing up so I decided to snake it my self to unclog it and a week later the toilet started making gurgling sounds when using the sink. So called Do It Right Plumbing to have a camera inspection of my sewer line to see what kind issue I'm having. It appears to be a collapse line. Cole came out to go over a plan to pair it. at first he recommend digging it up. My concern was, I just redone tile in the bathroom and hallway on other side of toilet. But he said, let me camera the line to see how bad it was for him self. He talked to his partner that dose the sewer pip re-line. They said that they can re-line. instead of digging it up.

Cole quickly returned my request for an estimate and I'm glad I chose him over others. He and his assistant did a great job quickly replacing my garbage disposal. I also asked for an estimate to replace fixtures on my tub/shower and since I had the parts on hand he offered to immediately do it. Loving the changes. Cole is a reliable and intelligent plumber that I would recommend to anyone. And I was appreciative of the military discount.

This is second time I've hired them for plumbing work. Both times I have had exceptional service. The response was within 30 of asking for a quote. They were able to come out 2 days later. They gave me a 2 hour window between 8 and 10 am and arrived exactly at 8am. Price was right along with the quote. As a veteran it was nice receiving the military discount. They cleared 2 clogged drains and replaced some small parts. In and out within an hour. Very clean, very friendly. My go to plumbers!

we had a plumbing issue in may 2020--at the height of pandemic fears. after calling many plumbers, i found most to be not responsive or quoting extra exorbitant prices which i knew to be too high. fortunately i saw the high ratings for cole at DIRP and gave him a call. he warned me that some things may need replacing, but was totally flexible in trying out some repairs (instead of replacing) to see if we could save money. unlike many other plumbers, he took the time to listen to me and work with me. luckily one (a very low profile toilet which would be hard to replace in hawaii) out of two items could be repaired. he and his staff did an great job. the security cams showed them practicing very safe masking techniques at my elderly mother's house and doing everything quickly and honestly. i was grateful as we were all worried about any germs entering the home. i was able to pay via internet/email and the price was far better than if i had gone with other companies. as a result of his quoted work being more favorable than other plumbers, we were able to afford upgrade work to avoid future problems on my laundry valves. do it rite plumbing deserves the five stars (while many others, in my opinion, do not). they do it well, quickly, they show up on time, they answer the phones and return messages/texts, and they LISTEN to the customer (even if i'm not always right!). it's been almost a year--and all the repairs he did are all in beautiful shape. thank you DIRP and staff! this month, we have another small problem in the kitchen and, while no one enjoys calling the plumber, i will actually have a warm happy feeling to have these guys come back and help my elderly mom out again.

These guys were great! I wrote them a message this morning about a total non-emergency issue, and now a few hours later, it's already fixed. Super responsive, professional, nice guys. Not sure if they're the cheapest since I didn't get any other quotes, but it seemed reasonable and definitely couldn't have been an easier process. Very happy!

Bad business !!!! I will never call these guys again. Sent some young person to my home only to be on his phone 80 percent of the time. I asked him for his plumbers license as he looked way to young. He told me he does not have a license. I will be reporting this company to the DCCA and the BBB next week. Mr. do it wrong plumbing you do not have a license. I looked you up on the https://mypvl.dcca.hawaii.gov/public-license-search/ and you are not license. Not only that I actually found some things that you got fined for not being license. I will be turning you into the Regulated Industries Complaints Office unless I get a full refund for the illegal work. Please stop the threatening me! I've used a bunch of companies and some are good and some are not. You provided my a bad service and I want my money back. I am reporting you on Monday the the complaints office. Thanks, Mike
