I had Pat to our house a couple of times including a backed up sewer line and for some new installs like a Instant Hot water heater and switching our electric stove over to a gas line. Pat was incredibly professional every time he came over and even remembered little details about me a year later. They weren't cheap, but reasonable and worth every penny, IMO. I'll continue to not only use them but also recommend them to anyone in the area.

This company installed a hot water heater in 2018 in a house I just bought. Both the home inspection and my plumber picked up that it was incorrectly vented into the chimney and from there into the fireplace in the living room. This is a dangerous situation. The tank is being replaced next week with one that has a power vent directly outdoors.

Great work and wonderful customer service! We had them out to replace our outside hose spigot as it was leaking. We had to move it due to code rather than replace it and they moved it where we wanted it and saved us money by coming up with a better solution than we had in mind!

The technicians were on time, took care to keep our house clean during the work, fast and professional. They walked me through all of the work done when finished and showed me how the new spigot and shut off worked.

Fast response, great work, and responsive customer service! Cannot say enough good things! :)

I had Do It Right Plumbing install a half bath in my rental property. They were easy to work with and did a professional job. I recently had a minor problem with the GFI circuit and they came right over and corrected the problem.

We called Do It Right as our bladder at camp was leaking. They were very nice on the phone and sent Patrick out to take care of it. He was very professional and polite. He found the problem right away and fixed it. I do think it was pretty expensive, but I am not sure what a whole total replacement of bladder and pipes would cost. I would do business again with this company as they came out the same day to fix, but I would get estimates from a few other places before diving in.

I called Do-It-Right to clean/root out a backed up sewer line. They spent 2 1/4 hours and charged me over $700. I didn't complain (or write a review) because I didn't get any quote beforehand (my mistake). But now, 9 months later it's backing up again. I'll be calling someone else this time.

Service was fine. Found the frozen pipe, thawed it in minutes with a heater and put on heat tape. Maybe an hour tops.
But the price - $351. Can you believe it. Know I was taken advantage of. GET A QUOTE FIRST with this company.
