What fabulous service I received from Do it Right Plumbers. My sink wasn't draining & my garbage disposal stopped at the same time! My technician's name is Chris & he came out & did a Plumbing Evaluation throughout the whole house. He is very informative & knowledgeable. As it turns out, I even got a new water heater & softener & protection Filtration!!My 2 technicians were Chris & Estevon. I highly recommend them both. Very efficient & they both cleaned up after themselves!!

Haven't needed a plumber in years...until yesterday. Calling Do it Right Plumbers was the absolute best thing I could have done.
Damian was in my driveway when I arrived home. He'd already looked at the issue I initially called about..and told me about another issue I needed to deal with....
It was late in the day and he knew I was dealing with a ""time sensitive"" schedule.
Quick thinking and a call to the office provided the solution to fix gas line,water heater, financing etc.
Damian and 2 other plumbers arrived the next morning @6:30 ,am to make sure the job was done right, and on time.

Our plumber, Rihanna, came to inspect the plumbing situation and advised us on our options. She explained in detail and was clear and straightforward with the process and prices for each option. *We called another company before hers and they only gave us one choice which is to drill a hole on the side of our house to get access to our pipes under the kitchen floorings. On top the quotation was really high! We felt very overwhelmed and decided not to go with them but still got charged for them to come.

We have used this company twice now. Once for the kitchen sink and once for our bathroom sink. Both times getting in touch with the office staff and coordinating when the tech could be out has been easy. Every time I have called them I've gotten somebody on the phone pretty quickly. Both technicians that came out to do the work were very knowledgeable and they gave us multiple quotes so that we could pick the level of work that we wanted done. The work was done in a timely manner and both techs were very friendly. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get plumbing work done.

Awesome company! This is the 3rd time we've had them out to our house and each time we are met with amazing service. I called them late Thursday and by Friday they had someone at my house by 11 am (would've been 8:30 but i didn't wake up for the phone call). James was thoughtful and very professional. I would 100% recommend him if you can! I love that this company donates canned foods for a diagnostic charge (make sure with them before they come out) and have donated literal TONS of food!! I am so happy to have this company on my phone list because life is truly unpredictable as a home owner.

Loosing your hot water is no fun. Cold showers, no dishwashing or laundry and the list goes on. Thank Heaven for Do-It-Right Plumbing. Eric and Ali their new recruit, arrived at the appointed time and after a brief analysis of my issue had the repair done in less than an hour.

They found the perfect work around to having to replace or repair my Rheem 40 gallon WH, and have to wait days for parts to do so. So much appreciated when you find yourself in this predicament, that someone is there to help. Too many plumbers would seize the opportunity to rack up charges in this situation, but these guys were more than fair.

The customer service experience was great from the first call to Megan to settling the invoice. The charge was very reasonable to take care of everything. Would absolutely call upon Do-It-Right again. Five stars all the way.

The plumber was a nice guy and clean. The office staff could be better. It was a hassle getting my receipt emailed. The price was in the high end in my opinion.
