Year ago on Halloween they came out for a clogged drain. Needed to snake outside. Access to the drain was easy to get to. Initial charge was $850. Then as he was doing the job, he gave a song and dance about his snake might break because it was really bad, so tacked on another $100. Then when I went to pay total was 975. Another 25 tacked on for what? Took over an hour. And a year later, clog happened again. Another company came out, snaked the outside, told me what the issue was, took less than a half hour, flat rate of $250. Go to Liberty Sewer and Drain.

false advertising says free estimate and he told me it cost to come check it out and when he got here charged me almost 400 dollars to fix a water leak

I called the company and they arrived within 30 minutes of the appointment. After the inspection I received a written estimate. I agreed and he and his apprentice went to work. They removed and replaced three power flush toilets. They cleaned up the area and were done by the end of the day. The price is fair, but plumbing isn't cheap. You also get what you pay for. You pay for 30 years experience, you expect it. I never give five stars, that'll keep businesses hungry and humble. Stay humble. Thanks Mr Caldwell for a great job from Millennium Baptist Church

Big scam outfit...it should be called DO IT WRONG at a huge price. Following their visit to my residence, to repair a leaking frig, the identical problem persists. And topping-off the rip, this guy writes his own review while taking my cash.

I had a terrible experience with this plumber. I called them to fix a clogged drain and they charged me an outrageous amount of $700! I was shocked and felt completely taken advantage of. The job took them less than an hour to complete and it was nothing more than snaking the drain. I could have easily done it myself, but I needed it done promptly and decided to hire a professional.

What was even worse was that the plumber was extremely dishonest about the cost. They didn't give me a quote beforehand and when I asked for an itemized bill, they refused to provide one. It was clear that they were trying to take advantage of the situation and rip me off.

I would not recommend this plumber to anyone. There are plenty of other companies out there that offer fair and honest services. This one is not one of them. If you value your money and want to avoid getting ripped off, stay far away from this company.

The faucet on the exterior of our house began running and failed to shut off, most likely due to freezing weather just before Christmas. On a warm day I found the leak and called Do It Right plumbing. They were there within hours and fixed the issue in minutes. If you need the job done, these guys are the guys to call.

Mr. Kirk went above and beyond for me during my repair. He's knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. His prices are a steal. His work impecable. I have some more work I need to get done on my new home and I will definitely call Do It Right Plumbing again.

The owner was professional and pleasant and did great work. He did have to return a few days later to correct a small mistake in his work but overall his service was very good. I recommend this business.
