Constantine P.I called Joe after our sink drain clogged and I couldn't get it cleared with vinegar and baking soda. He came out and was very prompt and affordable in getting it fixed. He even found a wedding band in the p-trap from the previous owners of our house. Just because of how smooth and affordable Joe was, we talked about remodeling our bathroom and what ideas my fiance and I had for it. I'd definitely recommend Joe to any friends and family.

We called him first thing in the morning, and he gave us a reasonable time of when he would be there, and the price it would be for the labor and replacement parts we needed. This was no fuss, and he was very straight forward with us. He also gave us very clear instructions on how to fix our toilet in the future if we experience another issue down the road.

I called him around 03/22 and informed him toilet not working and read some reviews and they were positive. Joe said he has Friday 3/25 open in the morning 8a-830a and he would be down then. On Friday 3/25 at 850a he still never showed up, so I called him. He said he was at another job that morning and that he mentioned that to me (he did not, liar)...... Long story short, he refused to come to do the job even after promising. Basically Joe is very unprofessional, poor communication and a liar. Do not use him, run!

Installed faulty item, then when needed for my homeowners insurance expected the buyer to purchase the faulty item.
