Was a nice guy and did the work but did not complete work to my instructions. I went with him because he was fast at replying for quote. He replaced a kitchen sink drainer I had installed to replace an ugly stock version that was there before hand. I had a leaky plastic connectors under sink that I wanted to be replaced with all metal/brass parts. He did that nicely but replaced my better sink drainer with an ugly crappy version that I had earlier replaced without telling me. I didn't noticed the change until he was gone. Was expensive at over 350ish

Daniel fixed a slow draining sink in our apartment. From the start, he was very prompt in responding to messages and answering all question I had. He asked for photos of the sink beforehand to give a better estimate of the price, which I appreciated. He coincidentally had worked in my building a decade before and remembered the plumbing in the bathroom. Got the job done quickly and left the bathroom clean. His prices were very reasonable and he clearly has lots of experience. Would not hesitate to use his services again!

After few other quotes and estimates, I found DNS to be fair in pricing, very knowledgeable about my situation, straight forward, and a huge PLUS that Daniel is a licensed gas plumber! Daniel came in on a Sunday to observe the scope of work, and in less than 2 weeks on a holiday weekend, Black Friday to be exact, got an inspection with the NYC DOB.

My tenants were without gas, heat, and hot water due to a small gas leak. Daniel saved me from a disaster with possible fines and my pocket running dry! He got the DOB permits within days for the gas work, corrected the problem, set up inspection with DOB, and got the signoff and gas authorization for National Grid to turn me back on. Having multiple properties and always needing a reliable plumber, finding DNS and Daniel was a gift with his honest, clear, affordable pricing and talent!

If I could give this business 100 stars, I would. Dan not only fixed a long-time leak (the right way!) under our sink which was producing mold (the first co failed to fix it yet gouged me anyway), and fixed our annoying toilet, he provided incredible guidance and references for a serious flood we had from the recent storms in New York.

He's extremely reliable, professional, smart, and honest. A cut above the rest. We feel so lucky that we found him.
