R G.DO NOT work with this company, They are dishonest, deceptive, have no idea what they are doing. They couldn't resolve my problem, so they up-sold me on a solution that would offer a """"10 year warranty"""". Nick, their """"technician"""" made mistake after mistake and ended up causing more damage than I had before he came out. Despite offering the 10 year warranty, they took 6 weeks to even send somebody out to look at the damage Nick caused. When that person finally came, it was clear that he was unprepared and unwilling to truly help, as he showed up without equipment and and shovel, despite knowing he would have to dig in order to find the root cause of the damage caused by Nick. Do not trust DNM Plumbing, nor DNM Contracting. They have 2 different names, 3 different addresses (making it very difficult to locate them) and, after they had my money, they stopped answering my phone calls and email. Only when I called from a different number would they answer. They are dishonest, unethical and they will defraud you if you hire them. Stay away!
