He came out a couple hours later and got it all fixed up. Very responsive, good communication and fantastic customer service. Highly recommend!

Needed to use shemsih Shala twice this last month. First time, he was quick to respond, within the hour, our issue was fixed. Second time, he was a little busier, so he talked me through how to unclog the drain myself. Highly recommend.

Informed the guy about our issue with the valve to the toilet not working in one toilet and the other the seal was leaking. He fixed the seal but didn't notice the toilet keeps on running and running; never fixed the broken valve and that toilet is still running as well and the handle he put on the toilet is to long so we have the keep the tank lid off in order to flush the toilet. Waste of $195.00; not happy. Called owner to explain to him and he said they would come back out for another charge. They were going to get a lot of work from me as I am a community manger but not now since I have to go and replace the flows myself and get a new handle for the toilet so I don't have to keep the tank lid off. Ridiculous that a plumber would leave a job with two toilets running!!!

They are the best! He came quickly and was able to diagnose the issue. I first got an opinion with someone else and they were completly wrong and were going to charge me an arm and a leg for something that would not even fix our issue!!! Thank goodness I found DND plumbing. They are kind, truthful, and GET THE RIGHT JOB DONE! They care about their customers and are great at what they do!!! I highly Recommend them!!!

DND is amazing! They responded to my inquiry about a leak within minutes, and the owner himself was out to my house within an hour and had the problem fixed quickly. Very nice, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable! Didn't try to overcharge or upsell /push anything additional / not needed. Highly recommend and will be calling them if we have any other plumbing needs!
