Contacted DND based on good reviews but it took several attempts to get a response. An appointment was scheduled but """"plumber"""" who arrived left a lot to be desired as I had to show him how to install a hands held shower on the shower post and kitchen sink drain still has intermittent drainage issues. Very disappointed........

On, May 30th I had DND plumbing come to my mother's house to replace a cartridge and screws in in her bathroom faucet. I was given an appt. time of 8:00 to 8:30. At 8:00 am sharp the gentleman showed up. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He got right to work fixing the faucet. In less than 30 minutes the repair was completed! Payment was accepted conveniently via Zelle! Which I loved! The repair man cleaned up his mess and left! I would HIGHLY recommend DND plumbing to my family, friends and you reading this! O and the price was very fair I thought! They service Pasco and Pinellas counties

Informed the guy about our issue with the valve to the toilet not working in one toilet and the other the seal was leaking. He fixed the seal but didn't notice the toilet keeps on running and running; never fixed the broken valve and that toilet is still running as well and the handle he put on the toilet is to long so we have the keep the tank lid off in order to flush the toilet. Waste of $195.00; not happy. Called owner to explain to him and he said they would come back out for another charge. They were going to get a lot of work from me as I am a community manger but not now since I have to go and replace the flows myself and get a new handle for the toilet so I don't have to keep the tank lid off. Ridiculous that a plumber would leave a job with two toilets running!!!

Shemsi with DND Plumbing did a great job from start to finish and for a great price. Shemsi was quick getting me a quote. Got the job scheduled and done in two days! This was a day before I expected and it was no small job. Also, no additional fees. The quote given is what I paid. I really appreciate that. Even the options to make the payment made it easy. The receipt and reporting was emailed to me soon after I paid and I had everything I needed to get a clean 4-point inspection. The guy knows what he is doing. Couldn't ask for anything more. They are the best! He came quickly and was able to diagnose the issue. I first got an opinion with someone else and they were completly wrong and were going to charge me an arm and a leg for something that would not even fix our issue!!!
