I chose DnA Plumbing Services to replace my water heater after trying to reuse another HVAC company, which turned into a nightmare. Dan is polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy and he cares. He not only quoted me a few hundred less for more service, he was quick to respond, responded consistently and sent me everything he said he would when he said he would. He was only 15 min after he said he'd be at my house and cared enough to apologize even though that was no big deal at all! It was also because he went out of his way to get the water heater I wanted from the supply house. He took under 2 hours to install the water heater when other companies quoted 3+ hours with two guys lol and they were more expensive! I was also given reasonable warranties. Dan is fully licensed as a plumber, which most will use someone else's license, and his company is registered/insured. I checked out everything. I would definitely recommend DnA Plumbing!
