David with this company was great; He arrived on time, did a clean job and took his time walking me through setting up my Moen app and explaining how it works. Would definitely recommend this guy. Also the company itself is pretty on it, they were blowing up my phone all day since the morning asking if the tech was there yet even though the arrival window was later lol

I will always use DN Plumbing. They came out some years ago to put a new hot water heater in great job I have not had any more problems. David came out today because I have a low flowing pressure with the hot water in my kitchen faucet it's gotten to where no water was barely coming out. It was 3 small pebbles (rocks) that were stuck in the water holes that caused this problem. But
David saved the day!

They came out by way of a home insurance claim, inspected the issue which resulted in a denial in my claim. Which is fine, however when they reinstalled the shower system after testing and inspecting. It's now no longer working properly. Tried calling them and no one picks up nor is there any answering service.

Terrible DN plumbing company. There is water pipe leaks at my home and home warranty company assigned this terrible company. They made the appointment on 05/08/2024 on Wednesday between 11am to 3 pm they didn't show up than they again made the appointment on Thursday same time they never showed up. Talked wit customer service, Jennefer and she just giving me hope that technicians will come soon and she will send me eta. No technicians showed up and I called her but never picked up the phone than they again made appointment for Friday same time and I talked with her and she said technicians will come soon and she will text me the eta. Guess what happened she never text or call me. I called them over 30 time no one picks up the phone. I called insurance First American company and they called DN and gave eta 1pm, I waited till 2 pm but no one showed up. I called the company numerous time and they didn't pickup the phone this is terrible. I do not have water 3 days. I called insurance company again and they tried to contact with DN plumbing but they didn't even pick up their phone call. I finally asked the insurance company to send someone else since there is terrible service from DN plumbing. Later I saw that they have terrible reviews. Please avoid them and find someone else good company

I had a stoppage at the kitchen sink and the technician arrived on time and cleaned it in less than 15 minutes.
