I barely write negative reviews but this had to be done.
- service was requested via FAH warranty
- this business is hard to reach, get a hold of by warranty agents or myself
- Issac came out with attitude to refuse service to our request
- we had a lot of back and forth with warranty which is frustrating
- Issac came out again second time just to look at, do nothing and left. Then later write a report to warranty like he ""investigated and tested"" a lot of things.

Please avoid this business at all cost unless you are assigned to it by insurance or warranty.

Just like the others mentioned:
- We got assigned by First American Home warranty and this business never picks up phone calls.
- Even the home warranty reps can't reach them for updates
- When plumber named Issac finally came out, he gave all the reasons he can get to refuse the service.
- After all the waiting for this business to respond, we just called ourselves another local plumber to take care of the leak.

I don't understand how this business exists honestly. I guess you would only deal with this kind of business through your home warranty or insurance.

I'm not sure what those other reviews are about. I usually have horrible luck with the vendors my home warranty sends out. But I got a call next day, a text confirming the time. I was able to call and confirm the morning of the appointment because we have a newborn. Jennifer answered first ring. David was amazing. Our issue was simple. He called right when he got here like I asked. Very professional and sweet guy.

I have insurance with first American home warranty who uses DN plumbing! DN plumbing misdiagnosed my plumbing issue! They have horrible customer service! Never received a call back from the manager. They never pick up the phone. First American warranty is also a horrible insurance company.. don't waste your money buying a warranty with them as they send out incompetent companies and also have horrible customer service!!

Do not use them. My home warranty company sent them to unclog my sink and tub and fix my water heater. The technician explained that he would have to go back and investigate what the error code was on the water heater and that I would have to have the faucets working in order for him to unclog the sink and the tub I then received a notice from the warranty company that the service was complete. Basically, they lied and said that I had a missing part from the water heater and that the sink and tub were in a condition that was unable to be fixed. They lied about my water heater. I called the manufacturer and found out that the error code had nothing to do with a missing piece and that it could have been fixed. I also fixed the faucets a couple days later and called the warranty company. When the warranty company tried to reach out to them to have them go out again they hung up on them. Of course they did because they were already paid.

They were assigned through my home warranty company for a leak inside my wall. They initially came out but were unable to diagnose until remediation was done in case of mold. Once that was completed, they were able to immediately come back out. Isaac showed up on time & was very friendly & professional. He was able to diagnose the problem right away & had everything on hand to immediately replace the portion of the pipe with the leak. He explained everything & wrote up a description of the problem for my insurance company. I would definitely recommend requesting Isaac. The dispatcher was also very friendly & helpful.
