Terrible customer service. They don't even answer phone calls.
If an appointment is scheduled after several attempts they don't even bother coming to the scheduled appointment.

This place is pretty bad. Waited over a month for a water heater to be replaced, had them come and do the exact same diagnostics they did the first time and they are impossible to reach over the phone.

I had a wonderful experience with DN Plumbing. The office scheduled a time for a technician to come out next day. The technician arrived when promised. I was even notified via text of his ETA with a map showing his location. He got the job done efficiently and professionally. I paid him and he left. My problem is solved, but I would definitely use this company again.

Had an appointment scheduled, arrival time was 11am-2pm. I requested the dispatcher contact me 20 minutes prior to the arrival of the plumber because I do not live at the location as it is a rental property. (I live 3 miles away). I received an automated text message at about 1130am stating the plumber was at the residence. I quickly contacted this dispatch to inquire why I wasn't contacted and she said she would tell the plumber to wait. I arrived within 20 minutes, saw no identifiable plumbers vehicle, contacted the number that was identified in their tracking app but received no text or call after multiple contacts. I contacted their offices multiple times but no body picked up and there were no return phone calls after multiple voice messages were left. I waited for 2 hours and kept calling...
The next day, I HAD TO CONTACT THEIR OFFICE. I asked what happened and she told me the plumber was at my residence and waited 20 minutes but nobody showed up so he had to leave. I asked why he wouldn't have contacted my phone and was given no answer. I asked why nobody answered their office phones and why the plumber didn't answer my multiple attempts to contact both of them and was given no answer. Then they said I could reschedule for multiple days later.
What a joke of an operation. What good are contact numbers if nobody answers, especially when the plumber says he is at your residence!

If there was a zero, I would rate them that. They do not answer your calls. Called a thousand times. They don't pick up the phone. They do not follow-up. This company subcontracts for American Home Shield (AHS). They do not even answer phone calls from AHS who has their ""emergency phone number"". At least that's what one of the AHS agents said. So our water heater issue is still not fixed for almost a week now. We don't know what's going on because there is no update from this company.

DN Plumbing does outstanding work! I couldn't be happier working with David and team for resolving all of my plumbing issues. Each time they assess the issue, give me status updates while work is being done, and give me a summary of work that was completed. I couldn't ask for a better plumbing company!

They don't answer their phone. They arrived to do work and didn't inform me to the status of their work and then stopped answering their phone. I received a text that they needed to reschedule with no further information. Very unprofessional.

On Sunday, we suddenly didn't have hot water. We called a local plumber with 5 stars and told them we think our water heater pilot needs to be relit, but we didn't know how to do it. So they send a guy out who tries pushing the pilot button, which we had tried on our own before. In the end, he tells us (1) we need to replace the thermocouple which would cost about $385 or (2) replace the water heater which would cost about $1,300. We're in escrow so we decide to use the home warranty since it turned out to be bigger job. This guy charges us $79 to do nothing and basically tell us we need a new water heater.
Monday was a holiday, so the claim was made with the home warranty on Tuesday. They send someone on a Wednesday. Perfect. Two guys come out with a bunch of tools (note - the guy from the fancy 5 star company had no tools). The guys from DN Plumbing tell us the water heater is fine and simply lights the pilot right there! They said it's a newer water heater (which it is - less than 5 years old) and that the thermocouple is perfectly fine. Within minutes, the water heater is lit and running.
I feel like these companies that home warranty companies use get a bad rep, but they're actually experienced and know what they're doing. We lived 4 days without hot water when all that was needed was to light the pilot. DN Plumbing did the job and didn't try to tell us we needed a new water heater.
I dropped one star because they were about 1 hour late and didn't call.
Thank you DN Plumbing!

Was assigned this company by first American home warranty I came home at 8:30pm to find no hot water I have small children asked FAHW if we could get this call expedited they said yes we will place it as a high priority call. I called DN when the opened at 8 on Thursday morning asked did they receive the info from FAHW they said yes they gave me a appointment with a time frame for 12-4 for a high priority call ok whatever they were over an hour late didn't call to notify me got here said oh your pilot is out and vents are just dusty ok he wipes the vents off with his hand and relit the pilot all of this took 4 minutes he said give it 30 minutes water should be hot and it was for 1 hour I go back to clean the kitchen and no hot water I call FAHW again explain what happened they say oh we will do a recall at this point I'm overly frustrated because now yet again my children and I have no hot water clearly what DN plumbing claimed was wrong isn't that they clearly didn't properly diagnose the problem how could they in 5 minutes and now they can't come until tomorrow between 9-1 I'm so disappointed in FAHW and this DN plumbing. When they come to resolve this problem with my water heater I will be in the market for a new home warranty company and be sure that they never use this plumbing company.

If it was possible to give a negative rating it would not be enough to capture the horrible experience with this unethical and incompetent company. If they are sent to you by First American Home Warranty you can count on whatever is wrong not being covered. Don't expect a call back when you need to schedule the actual service, 2 weeks in and we still don't have hot water.
