I got service from this company through first American home warranty (which is another story) from the time I filed my claim for a water heater it took 10 days for them to replace it, the technician said it would be $350 out of pocket because they needed to do a retro fit which the warranty didn't cover (total bs), the tech forgot to turn on the water heater when he was done so we waited 4 hours for it to completely heat the water after I turned in on, just recently I had a main line break and needed a tech asap, they got back to me 4 days after I filed the claim but I missed the call, returned the call 30 mins later no answer, left a message nothing, I went ahead and got someone else outside the warranty and replaced the main line a day later, no regrets, these clowns would have charged a bogus fee and who knows how long it would have taken them to come out and replace the main line.

Kept calling never returned my calls. Did work for us problem still exist had to pay another plumber to fix what I already paid for. Would not recommend them!

Can't comment on the price but I had an issue with my bath tub and my home warranty company dispatched DN plumbing and my Technician resolved my issue in under and hour.

So we had a washer drain overflow issue going on, and the home warranty dispatched DN plumbing to our house, they gave us a 4 hours time frame (8-12)for the appointment, and they did not arrive until 1pm, no one even brother to call us to inform us they are running late, and they don't call ahead to inform you they are on their way too. So you just have to stay home and wait.
So the plumber came, and roughly checked, and did not even brother to use the snake to try to clean out the drain, and told me the drain is not clogged, just the washer drain hose inserted too deep, then he left right after, coz he's running late for the other appointments. So we ran the washer right after, of course the the drain is still overflowing, so we have call them back, of course we have wait for almost a week for another available appointment. So the second appointment, same thing, 4 hours time frame, (8-12), and this time they arrived around 10ish, and we were walking our dog nearby, so we have to rush back to our house immediately, and of course, they did not call ahead to inform us they are coming, otherwise we could have got back home before they are here. And guess what, last time they were late their customer service did not brother to call us, and this time, their customer called right away, blaming us for not being home, and threatening their plumber will leave if we don't show up in few minutes. How convenient for them, and as a customer you can't win either way. So this time, the plumber used the snake to clean out the drain, and guess what? The problem is fixed...which could have been done at the first time.

My technician came and did not inspect my toilet, which was leaking. He told me I need to test my walls for asbestos, then he can open the wall up, I called another plumber and he was able to fix my leaky toilet right away

My home warranty selected this company for an urgent plumbing issue. Try never called to schedule the service. They return any of my 3 messages to them to schedule. I had to ask my home warranty company to schedule with a different vendor. I couldn't use my bathroom for 5 days because they simply wouldn't call back even just to say they didn't have capacity for the job. Unprofessional

Great company that was super responsive. We had three previous contractors that were unreliable and unwilling to do the work (drain pipe replacement under crawl space). DN came through, kept in constant communication and were reliable.
