Got assigned these folks from the home warranty company. I called them for an appointment because they failed to call me. The appt they wanted to give me was for the next day. I had my hot water out from Friday until the call on Monday, so I asked if she had anything sooner. She did not, so I told her I was going to call the home warranty company to ask for something sooner. I called and the HWC said stick with this appt. I called DN Plumbing back, no answer. I called all day monday, and texted. Nothing. Then I called all day Tuesday, nothing again. I did state I wanted to keep the 11-3 appt on Tuesday, but nobody came, nobody told me they wouldn't come. I feel like she avoided my call so I would have to wait extra days (3, because wednesday is new years), She is purposefully hurting my family!!! Bad seervice and they have not even been to my house!

I was forced to use this company through the Moen App to have a smart water monitor installed. I scheduled my appointment in the morning, but I received a text same day that DN changed my appointment to the afternoon without notifying me or asking me if it it ok. As I waited during the afternoon , No one came. I tried to call DN several times and no one picked up. I had taken a full day off work for them and they never arrived or responded to my phone calls. If they can't be transparent with me, I do not trust them installing anything in my house.

They will not answer the phone. Doesn't matter what time you call. Hopefully they take a course in customer service. Unfortunately my home warranty sent them otherwise I'd never use them. I do not like being negative but I want to help others not experience terrible customer service.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They are completely unprofessional, I called them daily for 3 weeks and they didn't answer a single time. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I wish I could give zero stars.

This company is completely unprofessional and unreliable. They rescheduled on me multiple times, despite me repeatedly telling them I had a strict deadline with my insurance. Communication is almost nonexistent--I could never get a hold of anyone.

Isaac came out once to ""check it out,"" but he didn't do anything except waste my entire day. Then he rescheduled in the middle of the day, knowing I had to take time off work for him to come. He assured me he would show up, but of course, he never did.

If you value your time and need a company that delivers on their promises, avoid this place at all costs.

Do Not Use this Service! I contracted this business through American Home Shield back on Dec. 2nd. They were supposed to come out on Wednesday, no show. so I called AHS to ask why, they tried to call and could not reach anyone in the office, so they said that they would reschedule for Thursday and that turned into Friday...well Friday no show, got a text saying the technician was sick, and would be out Saturday. No show today, got a text message 1 1/2 hours late, as I was speaking to AHS to cancel their service. This is the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! You can't call, there is nobody to answer the phone, and you leave a message but no one calls you back. Plain out they DO NOT CARE! IF I COULD GIVE 1/32 OF A STAR I MIGHT, BUT THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STAR(S) PERIOD!!!!

Per Cheyenne G. who posted on 11/20/24 - I had the same awful experience with them. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. And a few times their voicemail was full, so I couldn't even leave a message. What kind of company operates like that? After they scheduled appointments with me FOUR TIMES and never showing up for any of them, I contacted First American Home Warranty and told them to find me another plumber. They did, and the problem was fixed within two days.

This is the first time I've written such a review. This is because I have never worked with such an unprofessional and unethical service provider. They were assigned to me through First American Home warranty. They never called me, after a week I finally got a text with an appointment window, their tech showed up and was at our home for 5 minutes and said he needed to order a part that would arrive in a couple of days. They then sent a report to First American stating there is no issue...which is absolutely not correct. They don't answer their phones, can't leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full, and don't respond to texts. STAY, STAY, STAY far away from this incompetent and unethical company.
