Do not use them. My home warranty company sent them to unclog my sink and tub and fix my water heater. The technician explained that he would have to go back and investigate what the error code was on the water heater and that I would have to have the faucets working in order for him to unclog the sink and the tub I then received a notice from the warranty company that the service was complete. Basically, they lied and said that I had a missing part from the water heater and that the sink and tub were in a condition that was unable to be fixed. They lied about my water heater. I called the manufacturer and found out that the error code had nothing to do with a missing piece and that it could have been fixed. I also fixed the faucets a couple days later and called the warranty company. When the warranty company tried to reach out to them to have them go out again they hung up on them. Of course they did because they were already paid.

They were assigned through my home warranty company for a leak inside my wall. They initially came out but were unable to diagnose until remediation was done in case of mold. Once that was completed, they were able to immediately come back out. Isaac showed up on time & was very friendly & professional. He was able to diagnose the problem right away & had everything on hand to immediately replace the portion of the pipe with the leak. He explained everything & wrote up a description of the problem for my insurance company. I would definitely recommend requesting Isaac. The dispatcher was also very friendly & helpful.

I don't know how this company does business no one picks up when you call them. And communication is very important for a business to make it?Isaac the plumber came and replaced my kitchen faucet. The old faucet won't come off, so he recklessly kept pounding and pounding my kitchen sink really loud until the old faucet came off and left a crack on my kitchen sink which I noticed after a few days. I kept calling and calling them no one picks up. He replaced my kitchen faucet on Oct 26, 2023. Home warranty assigned this contractor. I kept calling and calling the home warranty, so they sent an email to the plumbing company several times, he never calls, finally, after more than a month, I got a word from the home warranty that the plumbing supervisor will call me the next day and he didn't so I tried calling the plumbing company, finally Jennifer answered and said that Dave the owner/supervisor will call back. He called on December 13,2023 and I talked to him only to deny that his plumber Isaac never does the pounding and pounding, how can he deny something he wasn't even there, my daughter and my husband were present during the installation of my new faucet. Dave said that the kitchen sink is old. Dave is also denying that it's a crack, he said it's the paint peeling off, and that he will only replace my kitchen sink if it was new? Of course it's old but it doesn't have to take a beating like that because it's old? My appointment with Isaac was12-4pm and he arrived around 6pm. Isaac said my kitchen sink needs replacement in 2 years, but what he did will make it sooner?

My home warranty company made them my ""provider"" and no one ever picked up the phone. I called my warranty company to complain. They weren't even able to get in contact with anyone. Horrible!! How are they even in business?!?! Disappointing to know there's BS company's like this!!!!

DH Plumbing was dispatched by AHS home warranty. Let's start off by saying I was ""terrified"" after reading the reviews and was strongly contemplating asking AHS to select another vendor but it was too late since I didn't read the reviews until the night before. I received a call from Jennifer Thursday, 10/26 and scheduled my appt for Friday, 10/27 from 1-5pm. Isaac showed up shortly after 1pm, and quickly diagnosed the leak under my kitchen sink to be the basket strainer. The entire process to replace it took about 30 min. Prior to leaving he showed me the before and after photos what work he did. I was so happy that I can report my experience was good because my last experience with an AHS vendor was terrible.
