I found Elliot at DMV on Yelp through the messaging feature. He was the first to respond out of 10 plumbers and was able to give me a quote before coming out. He showed up the same day and snaked my shower and sink. We needed him to come back later that week with a bigger snake for a different clog but he was easy to communicate with. When he came back he was blasting heavy metal from his phone while he worked which I thought was a little unprofessional but I'm not going to dock him a star for it. Overall, pretty good experience.

Elliott saved the day. I was having a serious issue with a water backing up and a clog in my main line. He was quick to respond to my message, showed up the same day, communicated clearly what the issue was, and had very fair and reasonable pricing. He ran out mid-job after my issue caused his snake head to break - and stayed plugging away until he busted through the clog - and like a vortex the water I had been bailing in my back patio was an issue no more.

Though I hope I don't need him anytime soon - he will be my go to call for future plumbing needs.

Reasonable quote, on time and really hard working. They dug out the front of my house down to the foundation and waterproofed the concrete, as I was having some seepage in my basement from outside water. Courteous and cleaned up after they were done. Would recommend for waterproofing.

Kudos to DMV plumbing for assisting me with a problem with my kitchen faucet. Elliott responded quickly and advised me of a quick fix. He said if I couldn't fix it myself, he would come over to do it. And his quote was quite reasonable. Although I ultimately did not use his services, I appreciated his advice which helped me fix the problem myself. I will definitely contact this company again for any future plumbing needs I may have.

Quoted $650 to install a sink and a stand pipe on an existing drain. Stand pipe went in no problem, but the sink was another story. He cracked the inlet valve to the faucet during the install and tried to tell me it came that way. OK whatever - I paid him and he said he would come back and finish the job once I got a replacement valve. But as soon as he left, he ghosted me. Multiple scheduled dates, multiple days off work, he just never showed, sent excuses over text, and then did it all again. I ended up giving up and finishing the job myself. What gives man, why not just tell me you weren't coming back?

Called DMV to unclog our bathroom sink. They offered a good quote and arrived at our house right on time. Elliot snaked the clog within 10 minutes and took the time to clean up the sink afterwards. Will call DMV next time we have a plumbing problem.

DMV Plumbing & Waterproofing is the best! A few days ago, I noticed that I had an issue with my water main shut off valve leaking. I sent a yelp message to DMV Plumbing & Waterproofing, and Elliott responded very quickly. I sent him a picture of the problem and he gave me a quote with a good price. We set up an appointment for the next day. Elliott arrived on time. He was cheerful, friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions while replacing the faulty shut off valve. I will definitely call them again when my next plumbing issue comes up.

If I could give negative stars I would. Seems like a one man operation. The number provided rings a personal cell phone. The man on the other end of the line was a no-show twice and then stopped returning my phone calls or answering my text altogether. Don't waste your time with this guy.
