The service requested was for unclogging shower drains, however, the service provider was rude from the point of arrival, didn't attempt to introduce himself and his body language was as if he didn't want to be there. I said good morning and introduced myself and showed him to the area. I informed him that neither bathrooms were used since the issue due to the large amount of water that backfilled and spilled into adjacent rooms. After explaining and showing him the issues/obvious damage and expressing concerns about further water damage, and whether he had materials to mitigate should a similar intense backup occurred, he stated he would not mitigate and any damage caused by his service repair would be my responsibility. I questioned the sense of that considering the company is licensed and bonded and that it made no sense to pay for a service to cause the same issue without any mitigation efforts planned or in place. The service tech turned and walked out of my house and stated he would not be doing any service if he has to argue back and forth. I stated that me expressing my concerns isn't arguing. His tone was condescending and unprofessional and consistent with his poor attitude when he initially arrived. This is completely unacceptable as a service provider. I would NOT RECOMMEND DMV Plumbing and Heating based on the lack of respect for customers and the unprofessional demeanor of its personnel. Horrible experience. If it was possible I would have given no stars.

I've been trying to call for weeks now and no one ever answers, it goes straight to voice mail & the voice mail is full so I can't leave a message !
My insurance company has also been trying to contact DMV, because my insurance is paying for the repairs & still haven't been able to reach anyone to finish the job.
We've needed a new hot water heater for a month now !!

My home warranty company sent DMV Plumbing to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. The first time the leak was due to a faucet hose. The 2nd was due to my garbage disposal. The 2nd time it turns out that not only was the garbage disposal leaking, there was an issue with my pipe connections. Anyone who works with home warranty companies know they usually do the bare minimum to get you back on track. Thankfully, Paul (the owner) and Joe were able to handle everything very fairly. They have been responsive when I've needed them to come back and are quick and thorough in their work.

The technician came stated he remove the toilet and replace the ring I have another comp plumber to verify the toilet was never removed the ring was never placed this leak caused damage to my bathroom floor and my ceiling floor because of his lie the owner went in formed defended the employee and begin to argue with me and decided to not repair the problem this company is horrible don't do business with him read the other reviews. The owner could have come out to verify but refused and Implied that I would lie which makes no sense!

This company was the 3rd my home warranty sent me. The owner seemed supportive on the phone directly to me, however once his staff showed they had him on speaker where I heard him say ""don't listen to that f*$king homeowner lady"". His guys unclogged me, for a day. I'm back to a clogged sink.
