I am super impressed & shocked to be honest with you! We called at 8pm on a Sunday night. Doug rushed right over and quickly calmed our nerves. We were so stressed with a pipe that busted & we had no idea what we're gonna do. I was expecting an outrageous fee & a job that would take forever. He was so professional and so nice & took less than a half hour to fix the hole in our water pipe. I thanked him for saving us but he actually thanked me for calling him to help. There is no charge for after hours which we again were relieved to hear. We could not have asked for a better company or a better person. I absolutely recommend DMS! Thank you so much!

Called with a last minute emergency. My whole house's water was completely backed up. Water was filling up both my bathtubs and my shower. Water was all over my new floors and getting into the carpet.

Called DMS plumbing. Christina took my call and was very helpful. She asked where the backups were and immediately dispatched a plumber to come out. Doug the technician was here within 30 minutes of a friggin Saturday. Awesome. I was freaking out because I needed to leave tonight and couldn't have my house full of dirty water. He quickly diagnosed that there was a clog in the main sewer line which is why the whole house was backed up. He gave me a reasonable estimate and got to work. Took his time and made sure the clog was removed. Went back in again and made sure.

I give this company my highest recommendation. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

From our initial contact with Doug to the multiple phone conversations with Gabby, we are 100% satisfied with DMS Plumbing. They have proven to us they are a reputable company and stand behind their word, their work and the men they employ in the field. Within 2 hours after our late-in-the-day call, Doug had determined we had a line leak from the street's water connection to the house's water control valve. His crew was at our house early the following morning with the trench nearly completely dug out by noon. A new line was laid out & connected and the crew replaced the landscaping exactly the way they had found it. Two days later we discovered that while digging the trench, the irrigation system's electrical wiring from the controller to the panel had inadvertently been severed and DMS came out and repaired it with many apologies and Gabby (office manager) said if any other issues arose, we should notify them immediately and they would take care of it. You don't get that kind of commitment any longer from just anyone! DMS is high on our list of vendors we can trust to do the job they promise to do for a fair and reasonable price. We did have to spend $70 for a private plumber to inspect the control valve when we found it wasn't working and he determined the wiring must've been broken during the digging of the trench. I'm sure if I presented that expense to DMS they would reimburse us.
