I wasn't very please with the technician that came out to give us a quote - HE DIDNT EVEN INSPECT THE ISSUE! We have a water heater leak in our ceiling and as soon as i mentioned to him i had a few other plumbers come out to give us a quote, he asked me what they said and then went to his car and brought back a quote - didn't even get on a latter and look at the problem. He was asking questions he could have clearly answered himself had he inspect the issue, that's the entire purpose of me calling a professional so i can get their professional opinion and a quote. I don't know anything about plumbing and yet he is asking me the size gallon i have (which i didn't know) so instead of inspecting my water heater, he just estimated 20-30 gallons and then quoted me for that. What if he were to come back and find out that my gallon was a 50 gallon, then what? Crazy.

Very fast, friendly and effective! Great customer service. Doug installed our new water heater within an hour, and also stayed after to make sure the water heater was working properly. Dms is a great plumbing service !

This is a great company. They had amazing customer service. The technician that came out was very good. He took the time to explain what needs to be done and was able to do it. They gave me a far price for my shower valve. They were amazing and I will definitely be using them again.

Great service and great people. Christine scheduled my appointment and even moved it up closer to accommodate. She was very helpful over the phone. The tech that showed up to fixed my clogged dishwasher was Jose Arias. He was extremely professional and offered a lot of advice is preventative plumbing. I don't know the other techs, but i would recommend DMS plumbing and Jose Arias.

700 bucks to replace a shower valve and left with a big mess to clean up and big hole in my wall. Do not call! Update: Job not done correctly. Jake very rude and unprofessional manager . Very bad experience.

The absolute WORST customer service ! I called for an estimate and they came out and spent 45 minutes looking at everything. They broke valves and refused to fix what they broke. When I called them to fix it, they said that they hadn't come out. At least I have 4 cameras that prove what they did. I will now be going to a lawyer and making a complaint at the BBB.

I gave them 2 stars because the plumber was friendly and the work done was good. Their prices were outrageous though. I'm sorry I didn't get a second estimate. Lesson learned. The gentleman did 1.25 hours of work, used a $10 part and labor cost me $410 (so a total of $420); I may not be an expert but $336 an hour for labor seems a little excessive. My bad for not checking into it better.

Doug and Diego were wonderful! Glad we found them! Any plumping needs I would recommend them. This was our first plumbing call and was very please with the service and professionalism they provided. I was really worried but they got our problem fixed fast and was very informative ! Thanks again !
