Huge remodel job, had high expectations, but work several months later has unraveled in many places. Ironically, they threatened legal action *against me* if I went to CSLB. Luckily I found someone else to fix the defects, but financially it sucks to have to double pay.

I guess I should have read the reviews prior. Set up an appointment time for today and they never showed up, just like in the other reviews. Oh well, onto the next contractor that wants my money.

Never received my quote. I don't understand why that is the case when they were so helpful, accommodating, and prompt with their responses up until the contractor came to the scheduled appointment. He said he would email, but I did not receive anything to move forward with the work.

Never showed for our scheduled appointment for an estimate, I even called after he missed it to make sure there wasnt an emergency or something, but no.. just a very rude man I guess. Still no phone call, no explanation, no sorry no nothing. So strange how people just don't care anymore no consideration.

If I was you... I would be wondering how many other bids you missed out on.. Thank you but if you can't trust them to make it to a scheduled appt.. I don't think I'll trust them either.. I do appreciate the reply though.

Fantastic! I had several jobs done, including installing a new water heater and building a patio cover. I knew what was being done every step of the way and the work was completed within a pretty strict time schedule. Every job easily passed city inspection, and the two small problems that cropped up were fixed immediately. I highly recommend Donald Mount Construction!

I want to thank Don and Crystal for the quick response to a job I needed done. I will call them again when I need a job done, big or small. The price was fair and Don went over options with me that not only saved me money, but came out better than expected!. Don even helped clear up some issues from a previous plummer that had left work incomplete. Crystal was quick to email the quotes and invoice and always polite on the phone when I would call.

We are so happy with our new bathroom. Don and his workers were on time, friendly and efficient. All the work and our options for the replacement of our old shower were explained to us clearly and the work was completed quickly. The workers always cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. The bathroom came out beautifully and I will call Don in the future for any work our home requires. Highly recommend.

Horrible contractor to do business with. Don, the contractor, comes across as a very nice person, but in the end his true colors shined brightly. Every step of our remodel we had issues with. Twice we had them install cracked granite. Twice we had them install white cabinets that were supposed to be maple and were not. I guess because they were white they figured they could charge us additional and we wouldn't know the difference. When my husband went under the house to check work done he found vents (to new ac unit) unattached, plumbing pipes they replaced and left the old pipes under the house, we were charged to hook up wires, they only did one of the three we were charged for. I could go on and on about the horrible service we received from this company but there isn't enough room on here. Run the other way!!

I just completed a house remodel with Donald, awesome experience. Donald and his staff are wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
