Swift and great service! Our HVAC system died after about 8 years (installed by a different company) and the Freon used for it was no longer produced. I was given several different options to fix/replace our system and decided to go with the 10 year warranty / 10 year service plan.

Andrew was very quick to respond and go over everything with me prior to Bean and Alex's arrival the next day.

When Bean and Alex worked, they were great at explaining everything and managed not to trample on our garden (big bonus) despite needing to bring in a big HVAC unit across the garden. They worked professionally, quickly, and upon completing the job; cleaned.

I highly recommend and will definitely be using DM when installing our next unit!

The heating system crashed down. I called them on a Sunday evening, someone took my information and told me that the main office will get back to me asap. An hour and a half later, a nice lady called me back, took notes of the problem and promptly scheduled me for a free check up on the next day.

Rich showed up on time the next day, checked the system, took notes, gave me quotes and options to choose from. The minute I chose one of the options he gave me, he told me he can come in tomorrow with his crew to change the old heating system and set up the new one.

The next day they showed up on time, 8:00 AM sharp. They started working right away. Took the old system out, set it up, and tested it and left the place clean as if nothing happened.

I love how their team works! I called several other places and freelancers who gave me appointments and never showed up and others who tried to charge more money for the same system and specifications that DM Select offered me.

Don't waste your time making further calls and waiting for quotes. They'll give you the best quote without any hidden fees, they'll get the job done, and they'll show up on time.

Thank you for the same-day service on Boxing Day to replace a water heater that we first noticed to be showing signs of leakage on Christmas Day, and the technician found to be in quite disturbing condition.

To be honest, I found a water leak in my house and jumped on yelp and started calling any company I could find. Since it was after hours no one would send someone out to my home. But then I called DM Select and one of their techs called me back within minutes. He came by the house and we diagnosed the issue as a leaky HVAC system. Not the best news but now I know.

Demo team came out a few days later and ripped up my damaged floor and I discovered that the water was still coming into my apt even after we shut off the water in my unit. I called DM Select and they sent the tech back to my place and found the source of the water, which was not the HVAC unit. Ended up being a hidden drain underneath my HVAC.

In short DM Select did not overcharge me or trick me into buying the unit when clearly I didn't need it. They are available for any emergency you might run into and their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are my new go-to company for anything HVAC or plumbing related.

Larry D helped us today. He was friendly and thorough. He was very fast too! He installed our new AC unit and the exchange in our attic. He also took the time to give me pointers on running our unit efficiently. I had my hands full most of the day and had little interaction though he updated me throughout the day. He clearly knows what he is doing and has the confidence and care of a very skilled technician. DM is lucky they have Larry.

I used this company since my usual company was unable to make it during my specified timeframe. I still like that company. Anyway, I just so happened to call and received an end of day appointment. I had to run out for an item, so I called to let them know I was stepping out for a little bit. Unfortunately, that wasn't communicated to the technician, but he waited for about an hour. I just happened to get in just in time before he departed. He provided excellent service and was courteous even though he had to wait for me. He made a suggestion about a thermostat and he had the office email me the details about it. Excellent!! The new thermostat was a workaround to mess up caused by my remodeling contractor with my smart thermostat. I would use them again.

He went over and above on the service tune up I ordered on my Heat Pump. Cody made some sound suggestions and gave me some great pointers on maintaining our Heat Pump and Air Cleaner.
