Dan McCarthy and Jim Workman, the owners of DM Select, have been in the industry since the early 1980s, providing plumbing, heating, and cooling services and installations. We are a family-owned and operated local service company.

I grew up enjoying car repairs, which led me to my first job as an auto mechanic at a dealership in Fairfax, and I realized it was more of a hobby than a career. I worked alongside my father in his heating and cooling business for more than 20 years, which inspired me to start my own venture and partner with Dan McCarthy to form DM Select Services. Since 1990, I have been married to Christine, and together we have two amazing kids, Brian and Sean. In my free time, I still enjoy working on cars, playing golf, and spending time with friends.
