Do not use this company. First, after he left I discovered he is working under someone else's license and insurance!
He was due here at 8 AM. After calling him over and over I finally was able to get him at around 830 where he was still in bed. He arrived two hours late. Why would this kid, who told me he was a licensed plumber, not arrive with any plumbing materials. He needed from me a bucket, towels, and a hose. He did not arrive with a mask and he did not cover his feet. I had to put a towel down to cover my floor while he was working. His hands were filthy while he touched everything including the woodwork the floors the doorhandles, and his sidekick actually dried his filthy hands on my brand new kitchen towels even though they were paper towels located right next to the faucet. Next, when he removed my old hot water heater he actually had to carry it out because he did not have a hand-truck! I asked him about the drip tray underneath the old heater. I asked why it had a hole in the bottom and appeared to have a line going down to the Neighbor below. He said, ""I have no idea what that is."" After they left I discovered that they completely scratched and damaged about 20 feet of brick while dragging it out to the street and then he emptied the remaining sediment directly where people walk into my building. Of course I did not notice any of this until after he left and he was fully paid. When I asked him to come back and fix the damaged brick he said he would. I gave him 48 hours. But he never showed up and would not return my texts or calls. He has the same name as his father and so this is the issue with his using his dads license. I know he's using it because he told me his father had been retired for a few years. He's using the license but he is not a licensed plumber and his behavior shows. Do not. I repeat, do not use this guy. I am currently filing a complaint with the BBB and contractors board.

Called DLB for help to change out a rusty water pipe. They did a great job in replacing my rusty leaky galvanized pipe with new copper lines. Got a fair price on the job and they even went the extra mile to replace a couple of aging Turn Angle Valves on my sink. Thanks a lot for the great service!

A sewage pipe began backing up into our garage because the roots from neighbor's trees grew into the pipe and blocked it. It was disgusting.

Angel, the owner, and his crew came out and fixed the issue in no time. And they cleaned up after themselves as though it was their own house. Not only was his crew on time, they were early most days!! And they never bothered us, they did the pipe replacement line without having to shut off the water to the house, they were always responsive, and they completed the job exceptionally well and fast.

Cannot say enough positive things about them.

When our water heater sprung a leak at 10 pm last night we called our contractor who called his go to plumber, Francisco De Leon at DLB plumbing. Francisco's brother did a big plumbing job for our remodel.

Francisco committed to be out by 830 this morning and was right on time. Now just over three hours later he has replaced our water heater with a high-efficiency equal size 10 year warranty new unit. Price was completely reasonable and his communication is excellent. Strongly recommend DLB.
