Billy did such a great job with all my plumbing needs. I had three larger projects and some smaller ones and he did them all excellently.

He was very courteous and efficient, nice to talk to, consulted me while doing his repairs. Thank you so much for all he did.

I'm not on Facebook, Goggle or Yelp. Hope this makes it to you.

Billy came out and fixed both of our toilets within 15 minutes! He knew exactly what was wrong with the toilets right upon looking at them. He is very friendly and professional and clearly is an expert in his field. We will be keeping DKH in our back pocket and recommending them to family and friends! Thank you Billy and DKH!

Daniel with DKH is a true DIAMOND in the plumbing industry. He is professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. I appreciate the quality of work that Daniel in repairing an ongoing water leak on my property.

I was not overly pleased with the communication back and forth with the main office. There seemed to be a disconnected with what was happening with Daniel out in the field and scheduling with the main office.

Overall I would use DKH again... and hopefully Daniel would be assigned.

DKH Plumbing was the assigned company by our home warranty company to repair a leaking pipe in our attic space. We placed the request order with our home warranty on Monday the 16th just after noon. We received a call from DKH a couple of hours later and they scheduled us for today, the 17th. I sent them a photo of the T fitting that was leaking.
Billy showed up within the window we were told. He was familiar with our situation and brought the part he would need to make the repair based on the photo I provided. He showed me the replacement part and explained what he was going to do including shutting off our water while he made the repair. I watched as he was very careful moving through our home with his 8' ladder. He went up to our attic and assessed the situation and made sure he had everything he would need.
After making the repair he asked for my assistance. He asked me to turn the water back on slowly while he was up in the attic to make sure the leak was in fact repaired. He was just as careful taking his ladder through our home again and out to his van.
Billy was friendly, personable, efficient and professional. The whole experience with him was great. I would definitely recommend DKH Plumbing!

After having the worst experience ever with our home insurance and nothing but issues for a year they finally send out DKH plumbing. They did the job with no problem and replaced our toilets that crown plumbing did not do(I will leave a review later). What a relief! Thank you DKH plumbing for doing a good job at our home despite being sent from a home insurance.

Our water heater rusted out, requiring replacement using the dreaded home warranty program. Damon and Brian came the next day and based on their knowledge and experience, I was confident in choosing a tankless WH system. I called several other plumbers, for availability and pricing and was able to get a firm price and schedule immediately! It is never fun to lose hot water, or go through a warranty program but I felt the level of service was excellent.

DKH Plumbing provides excellent service. We had just moved into a new home and the hot water heater pilot light went out on us. Damon really knows his stuff; he was quick to get to the heart of the problem and was able to get a hard-to-find replacement part to install. We also had issues with our shower valve, but they never missed a beat and we now have hot water in our master shower! They are responsive, knowledgeable, and professional, and I have them on speed dial.

UPDATE - I did finally receive my service charge reimbursement at the end of September, and my home warranty did say that DKH Plumbing did reach out to them (again, not CC'ed on that email) regarding the vague work orders, and my home warranty voided the service charge. For that, I'm grateful that DKH Plumbing did the right thing..It just took them 5 months..

Now, with that said - I really have no incentive to comment further, but I truly can't leave future customers to think Damon's response is accurate....because it is not. Damon is correct in that initially my wife accepted the cashout vs. the replacement. However, once I considered the 2 options (this is our first home warranty experience, so we had a learning curve at the beginning), due to lack of time (with kids), we decided it would be better to have DKH choose the faucet and do the install. I did proactively call Jaime, their secretary, to see if they would be ok with choosing a few models and calling/texting me some specs/pics of the various models so we can choose one that fits the parameters of the home warranty. Jaime said that was absolutely fine. That NEVER happened. DKH just showed up with a faucet replacement and to be honest, we're not a fan of it as it's nowhere close to the functionality of our original, but it wasn't worth dying on a hill, which is why I never brought it up...until now - since we apparently need to get to the truth based on Damon's response. All of that decided, as Damon pointed out, DKH came out and installed the faucet on 4/12.....and this whole issue wasn't resolved until late September. Does 5 months to resolve a paperwork issue seem reasonable? I'll let you decide.

Here's the catch, my original faucet was a 3 piece set (separate faucet, separate handle, separate soap dispenser). The faucet and handle needed replaced while the soap dispenser did not. The ""replacement"" model had a combo faucet/handle and DKH used a ""plug"" for the 2nd hole (and just tightened the soap dispenser). All of this should have been noted in the original work order but was not - just simply ""kitchen faucet replaced"". So for Damon to say they did me a courtesy to plug the soap dispenser is inaccurate - they did the job that was required in successfully replacing my kitchen faucet (LIE 1).

Here's the 2nd lie - when DKH came out the 2nd time, they in fact verified that the plug used on the 2nd hole was not a true seal and was in fact leaking. The plumber showed me right in front of my face and quickly resolved it (he had previously used a sealant that obviously didn't work, so he instead used a nut this time and it hasn't leaked since). So there is obviously a communication issue between the owner and his employees - never a good sign for the trustworthiness of a company. And furthermore, the plumber noted that a nut was used on the plug in this work order (2nd one), which is where my home warranty company was confused. The original work order mentioned ""kitchen faucet replaced"" but no specifics so when they saw a ""plug was properly secured"", they assumed it was a new issue when it obviously was not. It took me 5 months to get this damn point across and to attempt to get DKH to clarify this in writing. So no, I did not ask them to lie on reports (LIE 3), I simply asked them to clarify per the home warranty company.

Probably the worst lie of all (LIE 4) - I NEVER received a call back from DKH plumbing and rarely did they answer my phone calls/voicemails I left over the past 5 months. And when I did speak to Jamie, she sounded confused as to why the owners hadn't contacted me. I was very polite on the phone (until the last voicemail - after 4.5 months, one could understand I hope). Finally, I receive a vague email from DKH stating they had contacted my home warranty and will notify when they hear back (ironically after my negative YELP and Facebook reviews). DKH never did notify me, I had to reach out to my home warranty a week or 2 later to finally resolve the issue.

The reader can read my comment and Damon's and decide for themselves. I will say, I surely wouldn't have put forth this much effort after the problem has been resolved if there weren't so many inaccuracies and lies in Damon's reply. I just hope to save another customer/family from dealing with all this chaos, lack of communication, and frankly - some of the poorest customer service I've ever received.

Worst plumber ever. We had a faucet handle that broke and our home warranty hired these guys. They came out three weeks ago and said they had to order a part. For three weeks we were calling to see if the part came in. They finally came back today. When the plumber said he was finished and I went back into the kitchen, it was ridiculous what I saw. We had a brushed stainless steel sink and this guy put like a shiny silver chrome handle on it. Plus the handle was smaller than the base so it did not fit properly on top at all. It looked absolutely ridiculous. I told him it was completely unprofessional what he was giving me and I was going to take video of it so the home warranty could see what an unprofessional job he did. He promptly took the handle back and left after arguing back and forth trying to tell me I told him I want metal even though I never spoke to anyone from this company only the home warranty.
