They are contracted by my Home warranty company. My first experience with them was to replace our toilet flush valve. They requested pics before tech came out so I texted pics of the part the toilet brand etc. The tech came out on 3/29 (Tuesday)and looked at the toilet and said I don't
Carry that part I'll have to order! Do you think? That's why I sent you pics!! So he said by the end of the week part should be in. So by Friday I called to follow up, no answer. Then I sent a text, no reply. So now it is Sunday April 5th and we woke up to a flooded garage because our hot water heater went out. Called our home warranty and found out they assigned DKH plumbing again! So I called and text and still no answer. In the meantime Home Depot came out same day and already replaced our Hot water heater with still no contact from plumbing company!! As for the toilet I ordered the part and will replace on my own! Seriously In these crazy times, I understand being swamped or low on employees but it doesn't take much effort to keep customers in the loop and to return phone calls and if you say you answer through texts on your Voice Mail than by all means REPLY!! Not that difficult!!

Out kitchen sink was leaking, we could not find it. DKH located the problem immediately, and replaced the faucet. Great jobs guys, my wife loves it!

This company was sent to us by our home warranty. Actually I believe the way it works is whichever contractor gets to the service order first . I'm glad DKH was first. They were prompt, easy going and completed the the job . I have their info in my contacts in the event we have another issue

Started to give the dog a bath, but no hot water. I called our home warranty company, they called DKH plumbing, and they were on the job here in Rocklin within 2 hours. They fixed the hot water heater and it's running great now. Great service, professional, timely, and just good folks.

I would not recommend DKH Plumbing. Fidelity home warranty assigned them, and while the person who came out was courteous, we had terrible service with the company. In total we spent over a month without a sink because of the service. Our first appointment with DKH Plumbing was scheduled December, 13, 2019. Our problem was finally fixed (a simple faucet replacement) January 28, 2020. It took the plumber returning to our house four times, and over a dozen phone calls and texts.

Jamie, the scheduler, was quick to schedule an appointment with us. The plumber didn't have the part, and it took over a week to reschedule a visit. (Jamie never called back). When the plumber installed the part, the sink began leaking profusely. Despite the message that they say they'll return your calls within 24 hours, Jamie took an average of five days to call me back after I left an average of two text messages and two voicemails of increasing frustration. The plumber eventually returned to re-diagnose the (same) problem, which he couldn't fix that day. It took over two weeks (with another week of trying to track down Jamie) before the problem was fixed again.

Brain and his son Damon work extremely well together as a team. I was referred to them through my home protection plan to replace my water heater which had leaked for an unknown length of time while I was out of town . They showed up on time and did a great job with their efficient tools high skill level.

Damon and Brian the father and son duo save the day! I too was referred to DKH by my home warranty company and what do you know these guys were there for me when the warranty company wasn't! I feel so lucky to have found a plumber that I can rely on and trust. Being a 1st time, single mom, homeowner I need a good team to help me care for my property and who understands money doesn't grow on trees.
