I had a pipe that started leaking behind a wall. There was no water on the wall, in the garage, but water started to leak down by the concrete floor in the garage. DKH plumbing was sent out from the First American Home Warranty, and they cut a huge 3' by 5' hole in my wall. The pipe was rusted, so the claim was denied (""existing damage""). The guy who came out did not offer to repair any of the damage to my wall, and he said the pipe was a water pipe and their company could not even repair it out of warranty. The pipe was actually an air pipe going up through the roof. I had to pay to repair the pipe along with the wall damage from DKH. I will not use this company.

The company did a great job. Service and communication was amazing. I have a home warranty and this was the company they selected. It was a good experience to get a company that gets the job done right and will make sure that the customer is taken care of. Typically home warranties try to get companies to deny the claim. DKH Pluming didn't do that as they get the job done right and on the first call Highly recommend!

Our home's water heater suddenly started leaking and making a dangerous-sounding noise when the pooled water around its base caused cavitation. We're talking serious sound, which sounded almost like a violent explosion was imminent.

Although my home warranty covered most of the repair, DKH Plumbing really came through for us . Once authorization for the repairs was in, they dispatched Brett to our house and he quickly jumped on the job, suggested an upgrade from a 40-gallon tank to a 50-gallon tank, and efficiently and securely installed the new heater and removed the old one in about two hours.

Brett is the kind of repairman that you hope shows up: he was extra quiet because of our sleeping baby, and texted as promised when he arrived so we could avoid setting off our barking dogs.

In all, an efficient service call, fairly priced with courteous interactions with both the company reception and the service man.

My friend recently had his mom's water heater replaced and the job took five hours and cost about $2,000. So by comparison, I feel lucky to have found these guys. They even came in under the original price estimate.

We had an issue with our plumbing so I called our home warranty company, Fidelity National home warranty . They sent DKH plumbing out to repair our kitchen sink that was leaking. The service man Daniel for one was not polite and acted like he didn't want to be there , he opened the cabinet door took one look at the pipes and said it's galvanize pipes and he can't touch them. Not trying to help the situation he said all the pipes throughout the house had to be replaced. He had me under the impression that no plumber could fix the sink without replacing all the plumbing. I had another service come out and fixed it no problem same day. For months I went without a kitchen sink because of one mans word. Peace of advice never use this service they are horrible and if you go thru a home warranty and the service contractor says something for warranty to deny you, pay out of pocket and get 2nd opinion. For some reason home warranty employs companies that are just adequate. I'm not happy with Fidelity home warranty as well for listening to this Daniel so called plumber. Worked out for the best because if I forked out all that $ he expected me to pay out of pocket because of what he told my warranty co, so thank you DKH you save me thousands of dollars. I had another real professional plumber and he fixed the problem same day. Best money I ever spent.

The worst plumbing company experience we ever had. First American Home Warranty assigned this company to our emergency plumbing service request - this company couldn't come until three days later, well after we had to take care of leakage ourselves and pay out of pocket. For $75 service request call, the plumber couldn't even spend a couple minutes to listen to your problem nor take time to diagnose the mechanism that needs to be replaced! His attitude was irritated and super rude! Don't know why when we paid for his service call, it's not like he is doing it for a favor or free! What a horrible experience! This company must not care about customer service at all because they get business from the warranty company! Such a bad experience!

I've been meaning to write this, but just been busy caught up with working from home and life in general. About 3 weeks to a month ago we used our home owner warranty for the 1st time because our water heater went out on us. I noticed we had no hot water and after checking the water heater I saw water all on the bottom. Our warranty company set us up and before I was off the phone they said a service company already picked up our request which made me happy to hear because we also have an infant. About an hour later I got a call from DKH Plumbing and they were able to come out that day to access the problem. We needed a new water heater. The owner and his son were very friendly and removed the old water heater so we could repair the sheet rock and water damage and let that dry up. We had to let everything dry for at least a day and on day 3 DKH Plumbing was back out and set up our new water heater. I didnt catch his name but he was the owner of the company and very friendly and easy to talk to. Hopefully I can get them out to look at our fridge water line when were not so busy. Thanks guys for getting us hooked back up. Bathing a baby in a sink with pans of warm water wasnt ideal but it worked for a day. Lol... just glad to be able to take a warm shower again :)

NO 1.

DKH Plumbing was selected by our home warranty company to repair our shower valve. We received a prompt call from DKH the next day to make the appointment (the next day). Showed up on time. Knew exactly what needed to be replaced. DKH ordered the part and came back two days later and finished the repair in about 20 mins. Left the work area tidy, just as it was when he arrived. That was my experience with DKH on a simple repair.
