My water softener went out after 14ish years, probably twice as long as it should've lasted.

This guy is a soft water and reverse osmosis expert. I just basically described how the laundry room box drain next to the hot and cold was trickling instead of cycling every few days for the water softener, he already knew it was the meter. No one else I called would remotely give me a quote or an idea of what to could like this over the phone. I didn't even know water softeners had meters that countdown for when they cycle.

Options were either a couple hundred dollars if I wanted to replace the millimeter, a few hundred dollars if I wanted to switch out the resin in the tank or a whole new system was about $1000 bucks. That was competitive and some cases a few hundred dollars less than what many were charging. I opted for the replacement. He came on time, got it installed in about a half an hour, and it was exactly price as agreed for all labor and new water softener.

Not sure how much of the valley he covers maybe everywhere but this is south east valley south Chandler area and Gilbert. The gentleman's name is Daniel that runs it.

literally I called on a Saturday and he picked up the phone, I texted him photos of my system, and it was installed on a Tuesday, 3 days later. I think that's pretty quick, good service.

I was happy with the communication, the responsiveness, the effort, peace of mind that it is solved, and the overall pretty good value.

Note: they don't take away the old salt & tank. I just shoveled all that into the trash. EZ.

Our experience with Daniel was exactly in line with the other reviews so far. Affordable, professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer understands his scope of work. We had a leak in our water softer and Daniel was able to fit us in same-day. Not only did he install the replacement part, but showed us areas that needed to be cleaned or checked in the future.

As a new homeowners, learning the ins and outs to keep your home working is important to my wife and I. We loved the thoroughness of Daniels work and you can tell he cares about his customers. Not to judge the other companies we called but in my opinion Daniel did the best and correct job for a fraction of what others had recommended. Some of the other recommendations we got were to close up the line or to get a replacement.... all of these other options were hundreds to thousands...

Not only can I recommend Daniel, but I can't wait to call him for a future job. I know he will be happy to help and explain how to maintain/prevent.

Called up Dan for a water softener and whole house water filter. He asked if my house had a loop. Sent him a picture of the loop and he got back to me with a quote. He came the very next day and installed the softener and filter within 2 hours. Showed me how it functions, what are the things to keep in mind for it to continue functioning properly and assured me if there are any issues to call him and he would take care of it. So far the experience has been smooth and pleasant.

Wow Daniel is amazing, super fast and VERY VERY affordable. He installed a water softener in our house and had to go off the main line into the house because we didn't have a feed specifically for the water softener. He had to solder some pipes and did a great job doing that. Very professional. Also the water softener is great, it has made such a difference in just a few weeks. Even though I don't drink the water out of the tap usually, the water now tastes 100 times better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I am very impressed with Daniel's work. He is very professional and punctual. He came before time and replace my RO system's filters in less than 20 minutes. His charges were reasonable too.
