DJ told me numerous times that he would come back to repair a shower converter which he installed backwards during a remodel and never showed. I called DJ numerous times and he quit answering my calls and texts. His final price was about a third more than he quoted. DJ damaged my porcelain tub and required me to pay for a new one after he removed it. You get what you pay for!!

After having an appointment on Thursday, DJ's cancelled and came Friday. Charged us 150 dollars, and told us he would fix it for that. After they left he had the city pump out the water. When the problem got worse we had to wait until Tuesday for him to tell us that it would cost 3x more to fix a problem which only got worse after he left. I would not call this service, saying that had to rent their snakes and supplies.

DJ Plumbing was great! Came within two hours of me calling and had my water heater replaced quick! Saved me both time and money. They are likely not the cheapest plumber out there, but I thought they were reasonable and it was quality work! Will go to them again for my plumbing needs.
