Outrageous charges, for a very small issue...will not make use of them again..only wanted cash for payment, with a bill of $800. After we already paid them $400 for a job that a few months ago we paid $200 for, from a different vendor.

I called him after fellow Elite Amanda J recommended him to me.
He answered, on a weekend. Hopeful to come by the next day. Asked me to text him my info. Initially, it was easy to communicate and be in contact with him. Then...
He postponed on me twice, over the course of two days, and then never got back to me to finally even come to check out my issue. I didn't bother trying to set up another time for him to come take a look at my problem, I just called another company and moved forward with finding a different service provider.

I recently had some issues with my kitchen faucet. After various attempts to fix it on our own, I resorted to calling a plumber. I found DJ's Plumbing recommended in a neighborhood Facebook group, so I gave him a call. DJ was friendly and flexible in his arrival time. When he came the following day, he let me know I would need a new faucet and clearly described what kind to get. He said to just let him know when I got it, and he'd come back to install it. I even texted him when I was at Lowe's to make sure it was the right kind of faucet, and he responded nearly immediately to confirm it was.

DJ came back the following day--a Saturday (he doesn't charge extra for weekends or nights). He arrived on time and quickly got to work and installed the new faucet. He also gave me a few tips and made sure I registered the faucet through Delta, as it has a lifetime warranty.

I was very pleased with DJ's Plumbing and would certainly recommend him.
