David, the proprietor, has been in the water industry since 1999. In 2010, he successfully passed his advanced exam, and he and his wife opened DJM Plumbing. David & Joani Monday both completed high school in Midlothian and couldn't imagine nurturing their family and enterprise anywhere else.

David began his path with a reputable local business owned by one of his dear friends and his parent in the late 90s. He understood at that moment that this was a great trade where he could earn a decent living and provide for his family. His dear friend died a few years later, leading to the business eventually closing. David was driven to put in the work to achieve his master's exam to launch his own firm.
