David, the founder, has worked in the pipe field since 1999. In 2010, he passed his advanced exam, and he and his wife established DJM Plumbing. David and Joani Monday both finished high school in Midlothian and could not see themselves growing their family and enterprise anywhere else.

David began his career with a respected local business owned by a best friend and his parent in the year 1999. He realized at that moment that this was a fantastic trade where he could earn a respectable living and care for his family. His close friend passed away unexpectedly a few years later, and the business ultimately went out of business. David was committed to dedicate the effort to pass his advanced exam to open his own company.
