David, the owner, has been part of the water sector since 1999. In 2010, he achieved his advanced exam, and he and his wife launched DJM Plumbing. David and Joani Monday both finished high school in Midlothian and couldn't see themselves raising their family and business anywhere else.

David began his journey with a reputable local company owned by one of his best friends and his parent in 1999. He recognized at that time that this was a wonderful trade that allowed him to make a good living and support his family. His friend left us unexpectedly a few years later, and the company ultimately went out of business. David was driven to invest the time to achieve his master's test to start his own company.
