David, the founder, has been in the water industry since the late 90s. In the year 2010, he successfully passed his advanced exam, and he and his wife launched DJM Plumbing. David and Joani Monday both completed high school in Midlothian and could not envision nurturing their family and company in any other place.

David started his career at a well-known local business owned by a best friend and his parent in 1999. He understood at that moment that this was a wonderful trade where he could make a decent living and support his family. His close friend left us unexpectedly several years later, and the firm eventually closed. David was driven to dedicate the time to complete his advanced exam to open his own business.
