Founded in 2005 by David Stallings along with his children Jennifer and Eric, DJ&E has deep roots in the community. With 30+ years of plumbing knowledge in Baltimore, Dave aimed to establish a business that would benefit the local residents.

As the owner, Dave leads the company alongside his children, Jennifer and Eric. He is a Master Plumber with over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial plumbing.
