In 2005, David Stallings, together with his children Jennifer and Eric, launched DJ&E, aiming to serve the community he has always called home. With over 30 years of plumbing experience in Baltimore, Dave wanted to create a company dedicated to serving his neighbors.

The company is owned by Dave, who works alongside his children, Jennifer and Eric. He is a Master Plumber with over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial plumbing.
