Would not use D&J for power wash of brick house. They basically overpromised and undelivered I ended up paying $200 more than I was originally quoted (partly my fault for miscounting the windows by 8 but mostly cause they misjudged the job after I provided photos and was clear about the job that it entails power wash and stain removal of 3 exterior faces)

I hired them for a rental property so I wasn't onsite but the guys didn't know the scope of work and basically couldn't do the job they promised but did other things I didn't ask. I basically paid the $200 more cause I was too tired to argue.

Lawrencia tries her best to work with you which is why not 1 star but really if you're looking for result not the right contractor for your job.

I just wanted to say for my first time ever in my adult life using a cleaning service I was a little nervous but, the gentleman were very friendly and professional and did a great job they cleaned four rooms very well and quick I was impressed and will be calling on them again soon, So if your a first timer like myself I highly recommend this company to calm your nerves sleep better at night knowing your home is clean. Four stars

I had a big project that needed done before our move so I requested quotes from several companies on Yelp. D&J answered promptly with a fair quote and said they could do the job the very next day. I was so relieved and happy! The guys arrived early, were very friendly and helpful and did an excellent job power washing everything for me, including my large commercial type umbrellas. My teak furniture ended up looking like a whole new set.

I am impressed with this company. Highly recommend them!
