Not friendly. Forgot to turn off the breaker before he started working on my water heater and almost shocked himself.
Didn't find anything wrong and was charged almost $200 for watching him almost shock himself. He kept changing the price before he left. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend this company for anything.

Horrible service, Susan Hannon Horrible communicator, doesn't listen nor care if she says ur name wrong after correcting like 10 times, these people have no idea wat they're talking about nor doing, had 2 other professionals come in after they did when dj Hannon left me high and dry for 21 days with out help or info. dj Hannon said the sewer line was broken or crushed, snaked out only 15 to 20 ft, got blockage and just said it was broken at the foundation. Was told by roto rooter and rdn plumbing that dj Hannon was wrong on multiple accounts. They both snaked out about to 35ft and sed it needs cleared, no evidence of a broken line at all. Dj Hannon plumbers left my home a complete mess, didn't put a pipe back on in the basement and left sewer drain onto my washer and dryer, left panels open in my walls and drop ceiling in my dining room that they took down nd removed, would've been easily put back in place, then also quoted me $15,900 to fix my sewer line wen all that was needed was a hydro jet to clear my lines, which rdn did a great job. The company owner/manager whatever, didn't even want to email, mail or wrtie down the quote for me which also told me they have been screwing over people left and right. I had issues all the way around with these people, its sad another company came and did it right, and cleaned up the mess for wayyyyy less. I recommend roto-rooter, rdn or someone else completely.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
The company we have our line protection coverage through contracted these guys to come out when we had a leak in our basement pipe. They spent two days cutting large holes in our walls and finally found the cracked pipe and replaced it. Two days later we had another leak ...they came out again and this time cut another massive hole, this time in our kitchen ceiling. They replaced a section of pipe and said we were good to go. It's been less than a week and that same leak is back and when we called them the woman on the phone said she was told we had multiple leaks and there ""must have been a miscommunication"". So now after this company has made over 2000$ off us they said it would be on us to pay for them to come check this leak! We told the woman we refused to pay for them to do any further work in our home. We are absolutely disgusted with their customer service and workmanship. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!

If I could give them zero stars I would. DJ Hannon used to be a great company that helped out. Had someone come out to look at a sink that was backed up. He said my sink bathroom pipes were bad and had to be replaced. Told me I could not use my bathroom sink at all and he would take the paperwork back to his boss. They would be in touch to schedule repairs and fix the sink. They NEVER called and I would have been without a bathroom sink for 4 straight days if it wasn't for a family member that came out to fix it and it was not my sink pipes that needed replaced just a connector piece. I will never be calling DJ Hannon back after this experience. Awful service.

I was very disappointed in their communication skills. They were to be at my home between 9am-11am on a Thursday.. At 1 pm I called them ....only to find out they were not coming on the day they said. There was no phone call from this company to let me know their status. Needless to say they have very bad business practices,

Unbelievable, I had a grinder pump problem and they told me they could take care of my problem, their tech showed up and worked on my problem for 2 hours and didn't know how to take the pump out, so he did absolutely nothing to repair my pump. While he was here I had him put a ring on my toilet. I had the water drained and all he had to do was put the ring in. It took exactly 15 minutes. DJ Hannon charged me $213.50 to put a ring in my toilet. Utterly ridiculous. I will never call them again and I want to tell anyone reading this not to use them and if anyone asks me about plumbers, stay away from DJ Hannon. I will also contact the better business bureau. I ended up calling a company out of Mars PA and they were here for 20 minutes and had my problem taken care of.
