My water heater went down - I called Dixie and they came out that afternoon, they accessed the situation - ordered a new water heater. The next day it was installed and I had hot water. The job was done efficiently and without delay. The men who did the installation were polite and very tidy. I've recommended Dixie to my neighbors and they have also had a good experience. Two thumbs up.

Unethical company. They did a plumbing repair. The next day there was a leak from what they did. The lady (who is absolutely unethical) you speak to on the phone would not honor the work they did and would not send someone out to fix the problem with out charging me again. Find some other company!!

the lady I spoke to on the phone was very snotty. Didn't seem to give a rat's @@@, Had a hard time quoting a price for a basic sink unclog. Seemed to make up prices out of thin air.

Totally disgusted with this company! I can't help but feel this company preys on senior citizens. My 93-year old mother lives alone in Jupiter. Two weeks ago she called to say there was a water leak at the water heater and also under her mobile home. I called Dixie Plumbing. They came out, spent 1.5 hours there, replaced a bad water coupler on the pipe coming out of the water heater and said there was no evidence of any water leaking under the home. Charge was a flat $339! Subsequent emails to them to recheck their billing went unanswered. Fast forward to 11/18, I detected the sound of water running while visiting my mother. Upon inspection on the side of the home Dixie Plumbing had checked earlier, I found 4 inches of water under the entire home. I called Jupiter Tequesta Plumbing this time around and after working several hours in water under the home to fix a burst connection, their charge was $225. My conclusion; no doubt in my mind that Dixie Plumbing is not an honest and trust-worthy plumbing company. If you need a plumber, call JUPITER TEQUESTA PLUMBER instead!

Dixie plumbing installed a Rheem water heater for me several years ago for $720. The water heater is leaking and under warranty, Rheem authorized a full warranty replacement of the water heater and Dixie plumbing wants $500 to do the job! So labor, copper fittings and solder are $500? no way. Taking my business elsewhere and will advise every one i know to do the same.

I wouldn't even rate it 1 star! Had Jake come out here for a clogged toilet, he left and not even 20 minutes later I had to call for him to come back because it was not fixed properly the first time around when he said it was cleared. I got charged AGAIN for him to come back and fix the same problem. Called to get my invoice to the right amount it should have been and they told me the plumber actually saved me money because I should have been charged more. Never again will I use this company. Rude on the phone, Did not fix the problem first time around. A good company would fix this, and even if I should have been charged more the plumber should have let me known. onto the next one!

Last year about this time, I called & Steve replaced the heating elements in my hot water heater for a fair price. I'm thinking about contacting them tomorrow for a cold water valve replacement outside my condo in Jupiter. (sorry this review is so late)

I was recently notified by my condo building that our hot water heaters were perilously close to failing and we should contact a plumber to replace them. I am a new homeowner and called a number of companies, but many would either not do condo buildings or wouldn't do the municipality of downtown West Palm Beach. Dixie Plumbing was Johnny on the spot. Willing to help and worked around my schedule. Once I got their quote I even called my parent's plumber and asked if it was a good quote and he told me it was. The young man who helped install my hot water heater called me to update me on his location and even paid for his own metered parking since I did not have any quarters with me. He was quick, polite, and did a great job. I would definitely use again and recommend!

For a business that has been in Jupiter for over 30 years you would think they would know better than to pull into the far right lane on alternate A1 a if they're not turning right. The reason I know they've been around for 30 years is because 30 years ago I called them and they never showed up.
