Dixie Drain Doctor has come to our rescue once again! I noticed a huge puddle of water in my driveway--the water heater was leaking everywhere. We called these guys & we had a new water heater installed before the end of the day. Great service, really great people!

I find a leak in the house I'm renting and this is who property management called. The day I discovered the leak (at about 12:00pm) we contacted property management. It took over three and a half hours for them to tell us they wouldn't be arrive till between 3 and 5 the next day. I waited till 5 before calling Dixie Drain Doctor myself to see when someone would arrive. No answer, no call back. It wasn't for another hour that I received word from the property manager that they wouldn't be able to make it out till the next day! It took 48 hours to get someone out to take a look. The entire time spent with no running water because I wasn't looking to get a flooded. When the guy finally did came out, he finds out, after cutting through my dry wall, that the leak is actually coming from the ""landscaping dripper"" outside. Having no regard for personal items, he cut into my drywall over my desk which had music equipment and electronics on it and left debris all over my items and the floor. Unprofessional, uncleanly and unreliable. Don't call these guys.

Steve's an absolute rock star. If it's plugged he can get it unplugged and he knows what to do. I work in the hotel business and we've had him in our hotel a couple times this this guy is amazing absolutely would recommend him

Fantastic! That's my first reaction to how well not only my request for service but also the repair was performed. Richard was both professional and courteous - and very fast. I got same day service and he was quick to replace a leaking angle stop under the toilet.

Wow! Saturday afternoon my kitchen drain started to drain slowly.
I figured it was a clog so I took apart all the pipes under the sink including the one from the garbage disposal. Could not find any clog so
I reassembled everything and and started using a plunger covering the disposal to create a tight seal. After 20 minutes, it still drained poorly with a nasty odor added to my woes. At about 4:00pm I started calling around and got nothing but answering services from the ""open 24 hours""
guys who would gladly book me the following week. I called ""Dixie Drain Doctor"" and got Steve on the line. I explained my problem and he explained he was booked till about 8:00pm that night but he'd be more than happy to be there at 9:00am Sunday morning to unclog my drain!?!
Yep!, He showed up at 8:45am, cheerful and courteous with his ""snake machine"" He immediately went to work and threaded about 75 feet till he hit an obstruction that was 5 feet in lenght! Ugh! After cleaning up and checking all pipe connections for leaks we were good to go! Expecting a whopping Sunday service charge I was blown away with an invoice close to $100 bucks! Seriously!!!!, he discounted his fee for seniors! I had him also give me a quote for a softwater install and again a very resonable price to what I had been quoted elsewhere. Needless to say this man is a 5 Stars customer service guy! My new 7 days a week, 24 hour, courteous, no bad attitude, professional""Go to guy""! Happy to add my glowing review to the growing list!

I had a clog in my drain. Tried unclogging it myself, but no luck. Steve came over on a Saturday morning had it draining within minutes. Great guy. Less than $100!! I couldn't believe it. He will be my go-to plumber from now on.

I had a shower head that was leaking and one shower head that quit working. I called Dixie Drain at 8:30 AM on a Monday and Steve had a plumber at my house that morning with my showers fixed by 1 PM. They were very fast, efficient and reasonably priced.

When are toilet wouldn't flush and our bathtub filled with water and wouldn't drain back out sure put us in quite a predicament. After calling five different companies with whom no one was willing to come help us out most likely cause it was 6 pm we called Dixie Drain Doctor. Within half an hour Steve was at our house and ready to help us. He fixed our problem and gave us recommendations on what may have caused it. I am so grateful that he was willing to help us made our night. I've got his number saved if we ever need him again.
