I cannot really comment on the plumbing prowess of this company, as they simply replaced a plug-in subpump at my house, but I can let you know that they charged me $953.75 for this job. The pump cost $150, so according to my rudimentary calculation, they charged me over $800 for about 20 minutes of work. You might want to go with a company that charges $150-200/hr, which is industry standard for the Spokane area, rather than these guys. Receipts are attached.

I had a great experience with Division One. They were quick to respond, showed up on time, quickly and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem and didn't gouge me on the bill. I would def recommend and use them again should the need arise.

!BEWARE! They came to look at my waterheater for a simple thermostat replacement, literally a two wire block solenoid. I got a replacement for $15.87 and swapped it in under two minutes. Their quote was $419! Absolutely a Plumbing Scam Company - Do Not Put Yourself At Risk. (Posted 07/25/23)

Thank you for the response, however let me point out as I did to you both in person and over the phone. It was a simple singed ground wire on the thermostat solenoid. The other three parts were pristine, there's only four... You gave me a verbal quote without ever mentioning a single other part, only later sending me a text quote to replace everything besides the drum. When I expressed my shock at the price, YOU asked 'Well what're you gonna do?' I said go parts shopping.

Dave, YOU YOURSELF told me 'Oh, well just trim the wire back and mount another, there's plenty there'. Which is all it took.

When making a complaint personally over the phone, I got a huge unnecessary explanation of all of your personnel and peripheral logistics costs. As a recently retired military contracting and logistics officer, I understand those peripherals. However I live less than a mile away, but could still see a 'service inflation' up close. Pointedly, you never mentioned just trimming the ground wire until after I told you we were both retired veterans and that was ridiculous for one part. Perhaps it was omission, regardless that's a detailed synopsis (posted 07/28/23).

So these guys were able to come out the next day and fix the leak i had. What a relief. Prompt courteous service. Professional. The inside of their work truck was extremely clean and tidy. Just what I like to see. Highly recommend them.
I don't know if they are higher or lower than most cause I didn't have a chance to get other quotes. But I'm just glad it's fixed.
I want to be slightly nit picky. After the job was finished and they had gone back to their work truck I went to inspect the pipe. They had left the old parts laying on the ground instead of disposing of them. It would have been nice if they would have wrapped the loose heat tape around the pipes instead of letting it lay there as in the picture and they disconnected my water hose but just left it like that instead of reconnecting it like some might expect them to do. If I do a job I leave it just as I found it after I'm finished. Those are small things but make a difference to ME

I needed a plumber to rough-in a 1/2 bathroom for my shop. I obtained several quotes from local plumbers and ended up selecting Division One. They were not the lowest priced, but they were not the highest either. They are licensed, knowledgeable and professional. Dave worked with me so I understood how the plumbing would be installed and what codes applied so I would pass inspection. The work was done quickly and it passed inspection with no issues. I would use Division One again in the future.
