Ok, so here is the scoop-you really should hire Divine.
The work is outstanding, but where they really shine is the service. We have Jae J. and Paul C. working at our house right now, and they are helpful, punctual, and reachable-always. They aren't the only ones, the office staff is great too, and they go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied.
On the plumbing side we have Joe and Alex-who did a superb job of installing our toilets with bidets, washer and dryer hookup, and installing fixtures.
You might pay a premium to work with Divine, thats true. But you won't lose a wink of sleep over whether your job is being done right-and when it comes to home improvements, that is worth every penny.

Pricing would not be provided prior to visit for hourly rate or for snaking of drain (even with understanding that technician might identify that something else is needed) During visit technician noted pricing is based on a set of fixed standards including snaking

Should not have been charged the $89 visit fee as I would have never have scheduled if I would have known these ridiculously high prices before hand

Had next day service from competitor complete the $875 quoted job for $260

I couldn't be happier with this company. They were recommended by my plumber. They were super professional and competent. Ben came in to assess three separate electrical problems in our old home. He quickly fixed one problem and then scheduled a team to come in a couple days later for the other two issues. Felix and Kevin arrived this morning. Before climbing under the house and doing the job they were hired to, Felix did some quick assessment and found a problem in my panel and fixed that. He then was able to reverse engineer my final problem rather than cutting into my drywall as originally planned. The two jobs took 1/2 the time of the original scheduled job. I ended up paying a fraction of what was expected. Felix understood the unique nuances of 80 year old electrical wiring and modern day as well.

Our toilet was running every 5 to 7 minutes. I called another company and they suggested ""let's just wait until you replace it"". I called Divine because we use them for electrical and they've been great -- very professional and experts in their craft. Jeff came out the next morning, called to update me on his arrival time, explained how the toilet worked (or didn't), gave me options, and fixed it on the spot, then he double checked that it was working properly. All around high-quality experience!

We had several leaking faucets in our house.

After using another plumbing service for a rather big issue earlier in the year, we were left feeling disappointed and frustrated. We found Divine Plumbing and after reading so many of the great reviews, we decided to give them a try.

Alex came to our home to work on our issues. Not only was he extremely punctual, he is excellent at his craft. Super thorough and professional, but also, just a nice guy. Based on our experience with Alex alone, we will be using Divine for our future plumbing needs.

This is my first time using Divine E&P. I met with Jeff yesterday (a Tuesday) to go over a project in my home involving plumbing and electrical work. Jeff came as scheduled and we spent a constructive 2+ hours going over the specs and details for the one job and we also discussed how to improve hot water delivery to the primary bath. Jeff was a total professional: knowledgeable and a good communicator who listened and weighed input from me. Jeff did about 10 minutes of processing time away from me and then presented me with a concise and well-organized charting of the options for both projects with accompanying estimates. His use of a large tablet screen device lent excellent visual aide. And here's the STANDOUT thing to be noted: throughout the 2+ hours spent in consultation with Jeff I never felt any degree of hard sell or flimflam coming at me. I was 100% comfortably engaged in the process. Upshot: I signed on for one of the original project options before Jeff left. One day later I now have two 8am appointments scheduled with Divine E&P plumbing and electrical technicians for next Monday and Tuesday. That process was a breeze. So, at this point my experience using Divine E&P has been superb. The consult with Jeff was entirely productive and the scheduling for tech service most efficiently handled. Now I look forward to writing a follow-up review on the technical service experience after the work is completed. At this juncture in the customer experience Divine E&P is a standout business operation!

We had a 30 yr old hot water heater finally give way and since we've been happy with Divine Electric in the past, we gave their Plumbing team a try this time and could not have been happier with the quote and the service. Victor was amazing, he took the time to do the work, explained it to me, and cleaned everything up (better than it was originally) when he left. I would highly recommend these folks!

From start to finish, initial call to job completion, all went seemlessly.

At I nitial consultation I was offered a few options but went with the WallBox to PowerShare with my husbands Tesla charging.

Harris showed up promptly and went right to install. Since we already had the Tesla charger the installation time was relatively short. Harris walked me through the WallBox charger and showed me how to charge my car.

I highly recommend Divine Electric!!
