Yes very disappointed and diversified plumbing cuz they were TJ plumbing when we signed up to have our hot water heat pipe fixed a routed into the ceiling cuz it cracked under the foundation they gave us a price to $6,300 said it included the shower pan everything valves they access what type of accessories we told them they did their job they said they'll come back when it's the walls are up so they can put all the finishing touches in and the sink and vanity and then today the Man shows up and looks at the thing and first off they were supposed to come at 11:00 he comes at 9:40 without a phone call when we specifically ask them to have a phone call before then he gets here at 11:00 without calling and looks at the shower that the other two guys of the when it was TJ plumbing put in and he says well how are we going to pay for this with a big attitude I said what are you talking about she gave you $5,000 cash and you guys are you know financing the rest of which is left 1,300 had to finance and he wants another 475 to put on a cover plates and the valve on the hot water pipe that they installed so they said that that's extra that's not included so to give you a hot water pipe without a valve then we call up the lady and she's told me that the cover plates and shower head and handles do not come with Delta shower bodies or valves whatever you want to call them I called up Delta they said they only sell them with the cover plates and everything included it's a kit so she lied right there the guy walked out to I'm out of here I'm leaving goodbye with a big attitude we just paid them $6,300 and they give us an attitude maybe that's why they changed their name I don't know but the last person they said that owned it wasn't a plumber I don't see how people can own businesses without knowing what the business is about I'm a carpenter I would not go into plumbing unless I new plumbing it was very uncalled for to come here with an attitude too early and then ask for another 475 when they got $6,300 for 9 hours work and then they even forgot to pick up the washing machine hot water and another piece but I think the guy who came here today he was the one who gave us the original price I think he works on commission so that's what the problem is never will never never I will never ever deal with them again bad bad bad very bad not even courteous to that customers called lady gave me an attitude I actually speak to the owner I'm the manager I don't care I want to speak to the owner and then she said she'll get back to me well she already lied to me about the plates about the plates not covering coming with the shower body it does I called them Delta myself just got off the phone with him 10 minutes ago don't use them they're too expensive and they're very overrated if they got a five star they must be putting their own stuff because the guy across the street that's what we got them from and after the flood he had his whole house and he had to have his whole floor redone in the kitchen because something that they did ruined this whole floor and part of his cabinets after he finished the house I seen it and then I didn't even have the courage to ask him what happened cuz I felt so bad I mean we just went through two feet of water in the house on this block in October and all the vultures come out when they see a hurricane thank you don't deal with the first fight

Highly recommend Diversity Plumbing! Fast, friendly, and reasonable prices. We had a plumbing emergency and upon calling, Jason arrived within 5 minutes. Pricing was honest and a great deal. Will be using them again for a separate, non-emergency hot water heater replacement. When I called to let Diversified Plumbing know we accepted the quote on the hot water heater, Brianna was friendly and very knowledgeable. Nice company with hard working and kind people!

I was a very loyal customer for years until my last repair. I had them repair outside facuet in Dec 2021. after it was installed we questioned why it was lose and was told once we fill In stucco it would be fine. we don't use it much. we went to use it and when we stretched out the hose and was using it to spray down our patio the spiket came off the wall. when it came unsttached it snapped the pc pipe in the wall. it flooded two rooms in the house before we could get main water line turned off. I had to have them come back out to repair it. I asked why would a part not even last a year. after going back and forth I told them I did not think it was right that I shoumd have to pay for that part since it did not last even a year. I was told they would talk to accounts payable about a refund. They never fplowed up or returned my call. I would avoid. They don't stand by their work. Very disappointing. I have spent over $8000 this year with them and they can't stand by a $240 part. Avoid them

I have used these guys at least 6 times. They are timely, completely professional and always complete the task. I really love this firm. Elmer, Drew and Harlen are fantastic. I have never been enthused about plumbers before but you can count on this company. Fair pricing. Honest work.

I had an awesome experience with Douglas! He was very professional and very knowledgeable. My lid to my septic would not come off, it took quite a while as it looked to be cemented on. This did not deter Douglas. He knew exactly what to do. Although the lid did not fit back when done, it wasn't Douglas's fault at all. He did a perfect job and replaced the lid with a new one after the job was completed. I would definitely refer this company as they did an excellent job!! Douglas is awesome!

Called Diversified Plumbing this morning because our main drain line was backing up. 3 hours later Phillip from DP was at our house to pump out our septic. At that time Phillip found the septic container was not full but instead were roots clogging the main line between the house and yard. I was able to free the root matter myself but will definitely be calling DP back next week for a more permanent repair. Main point of this review is to inform others how honest this company is. They could have pumped out my septic and I could have been out several hundred dollars but they did the right thing. Thank you again Diversified Plumbing!
