I've used Diversified Plumbing a couple times in recent months for some major problems at our home. First, we had our water main break underneath our driveway. Richard came out the same day, had a leak detection specialist pinpoint the leak, and was out the next day with a concrete saw getting it fixed. Our driveway is stained and epoxy coated concrete, and he did a perfect job of cutting clean and square, so my concrete guy could patch it later and blend it. It came out perfect, and his pricing was fair.

Second time I had him out was yesterday. Came home Sunday night and found our water heater had ruptured; not good! It was late, so I sent Richard a text instead of calling, and he called me back first thing Monday. He was at my house replacing the water heater within hours, and did an excellent job. Everyone knows when you have a plumbing emergency, you need to have someone you trust to be prompt, and perform the work right the first time, without getting jerked around. Diversified has earned a lifetime customer with me. Thanks for what you do, it's hard to find people that take pride in their work!

I manage a 170 unit mid century property in central Phx. I have used all of the large companies over the years to service my properties, but I was looking specifically for a small company with skilled plumbers preferably working directly with the owner. Diversified was highly referred to me by another property so I gave them a shot. I was so impressed with the quality of work, cleanliness, and professionalism! Since then I have continued to use them on several jobs over the last few years. They did a gas hot water install, replumbing of another heater, multiple leaks, multiple router jobs, and most recently a 100' gas line. Aside from their work, what I really like about Richard and his son Andrew is that they are honest and straightforward. If they think you would be wasting money to do something they will tell you even if that means they make less money. The are very skilled and honest plumbers, if you are looking for top quality and no b.s. you should give them a shot as well.

We recently completed an addition and remodel to our house, and Diversified Plumbing came recommended by our GC. They are hands-down the best plumbing contractors we've ever worked with. I can't say enough good things about Richard. He is friendly, efficient, and HONEST. Not only will he deal fairly with you, but he does his work right (no cutting corners!) and he won't try and sell you something you don't need. He is quick to respond and get the job done as well. There are probably plumbers that are closer to us, and possibly some that are cheaper, but we will use Diversified every time. Quality work, professional staff, and trustworthy. If I could give them 6 stars I would.
