This is a blood sucking company and based on other reviews of one star, apparently they have a habit of running up the bill as they did with me and basically stealing money from people. Stay away from them at all cost. I would give a negative rating if I could.

If you want the job done right call Dittmann Plumbing. I first called what I though was a professional plumber to fix the toilet. It would not flush on the first flush. He came out and said he fixed the problem. I had to call him back and he came out and said problem solved. The problem was not fixed so I called Dittmann plumbing where our church calls and they identified the problem and solved the flushing issue. and now we are ready for our summer party with no toilet problems. Thanks!!!

I am a single woman who had a plumbing issue. The flush valve on the toilet continued to run wasting water. I called Dittmann plumbing and asked the cost of a visit. The basic cost was expensive but I expected it because I asked. However I didn't expect to be exploited by padding the bill with erroneous charges listed under extra time when the plumber was in my home one hour .The cost of the parts were not listed. The extra $170 was under extra time. Maybe I was paying for after 5pm visits because he didn't show up until an hour after the scheduled appointment window.

Called around 4 pm on a Saturday. Spoke with what sounded like an answering service and said they would call back in 20 min. They never called back. I went with Smart Plumbers who answered and got someone to my house in an hour and did a great job.

Dittmann's saved me! My sewer system was backed up and I needed help fast. The guy at Dittmann's came even though it was late and it was a World Series night. He worked into the dark to fix the problem. He was running late that day so he called me to let me know and did not charge me any after hours fees. I would happily call them again for my plumbing needs.

The team of plumbers at Dittmann have saved me three times over!!!
First visit was to fix a leaking kitchen faucet - arrived and fixed the same day.
Second visit was to fix a broken water heater - replaced with a new one within 24hrs.
Third visit was to fix a my laundry drain that had no clean out.

Every call I made was urgent and they were very responsive and helpful.
They are AWESOME!!!!

Rude service. Called on a Tuesday to follow up with Maria regarding an email request sent on a previous Friday and she throws excuses about how her out of office was on and she has no idea if it was addressed. Asked her to cancel the service request and she hangs up on me. Really professional...........

I'd rate this company 5 stars except for their prices. $210 for a one hour minimum service call. I had a blocked toilet. The service person called to say he had some time available, and came several hours earlier than scheduled. He fixed the blockage and removed scrape marks that I had made when I tried to fix it myself. So I'm very satisfied with the work, but would not call them again because of their high charges.

Why, oh why did I wait to call Dittmann Plumbing? A seemingly simple job to fix the faucet on 2 bathroom sinks cost me $50.00 in unused parts, 3 false starts with 2 different handy men and 1 plumber left me with no hot water working for several weeks. UGH! Finally, I contacted Dittmann. I spoke to Maria on Friday. She was so understanding, pleasant and helpful on the phone. I took pictures of the handles and she had a plumber scheduled for Monday. Ryan came by Monday to check the rest of the faucet. He ordered the parts and returned Thursday. My faucets are fixed! It took him 10 minutes max. It is wonderful that knowledge, the proper tools and correct parts resulted in a ""quick fix"". Ryan is very professional, kind and careful when he was working. I recommend Dittmann for any plumbing problem. No job is too big or too small. I really appreciate the quality service.

My shower had a leak and all that was needed was dap. Instead, they went through cutting a hole in my ceiling and leaving it for me to repair because this company ""won't allow the use of dap."" I should have been told that right away and could have done the repair myself. Now this company has run up a huge bill, which wouldn't have happened if they were up front with what the problem was. Now there is a huge hole in my ceiling and they refuse to repair it. I have talked to various other plumbing companies and they believe this is absolutely unacceptable and poor work.
