I used him for installing a couple of garbage disposals and my dishwasher no problem. Installing the faucet is a different story. I have never had a faucet come loose. I called for them to retighten but since it was more than 30 days they said they would charge me $90. I don't think it's fair. I am not a happy camper. I had the faucet installed in November of 2019 and now it a loose mess.

So I had the same poor service from the delivery company that Home Depot uses. They dropped off the machine, let me say I was pressured into taking possession.
Anyway, my husband attempted to install the machine (which by the way Home Depot is supposed to tell you that you must use a professional to install them). I only phoned Larry because of the reviews below. Over the phone he asked a few questions and potentially could have helped me fix the problem. Needless to say, it wasn't the issue and he came out within 3 hours.
A real gentleman, fixed the problem, explained a few things to me and my machine was properly installed.

I bought a new dishwasher from Home Depot for my rental condo in Dallas and when they came to install it, they told my tenant that the valve was too old and had to be replaced. He literally walked out and left the new dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen. Since I am in CA, I had to find someone that knew what they were doing and even the plumbers I called didn't really want to handle this installation. Thankfully I found Larry's listing and gave him a call. He didn't have availability until 2 days later, but that was OK. I ended up having him replace the valve and install the new dishwasher. After he left, I checked with my tenant to ensure that her experience of Larry in person was as pleasant as mine was over the phone and she confirmed he was polite, efficient and tidy. He hauled the old dishwasher away and left the kitchen clean. It has now been a few days and all is working great...the cost was $125 for the installation (the valve was a separate charge) compared to $79 (had HD actually installed the new dishwasher), but the service level was super high and worth a little more money. I highly recommend calling dishwasher installer Larry...he will get the job done when Home Depot leaves you stranded!
