It was after 5:30pm when I called several plumbing companies, most were not available to come out until the next day. I was referred to Discover Plumbing by one of the companies I called. Faren came out within 30 minutes! Our main sewer drain was clogged, backed up in our garage (yuck). He provided a couple of options to unclog the drain and we decided on the hydro jet. Our drain was cleared within 30 mins! Faren was knowledgeably and did a great job. We especially appreciate that he came out so quickly! I highly recommend and will use Discover Plumbing in the future.

Just want to write a deeply appreciative review of Discover Plumbing.

Our laundry sink was completely clogged after doing a washing machine load in the late afternoon. I went into Yelp and found Discover Plumbing based on their positive reviews. I called and spoke with Faren, and he was able to come by quickly in 90 minutes, which was great considering the time of day.

Upon arriving Faren and Joseph did some detective work to confirm the extent of the clog. Since it appeared that the kitchen drain was also affecting the clog, there also might be an issue related to the accumulation of food and grease. Though Faren offered the options to either do a (less-expensive) snake or hydro-jet, we went with the hydro-jet based on the idea that this would not only break up the clog but clean the sides of the pipes as well (and reduce the need for a return trip should a clog reappear).

It was amazing to see the amount of gunk that was removed just prior to the clog being broken up and quite satisfying to see the effect of the line being cleared out. After less than an hour, Faren and Joseph were able to hydro-jet the line a number of times to really clean it. It was so nice to see their attention to detail to include cleaning up the work area like there wasn't anyone there before. I am so glad to have found Discover Plumbing...I'll definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs!

Discover Plumbing and Rooter was extremely timely, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. Our water heater stopped working on a Sunday, and they were the only ones who would respond that day. Our family would've gone several days without hot water had Discover not responded so swiftly. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

They were able to come today on short notice when most other plumbers we called told us they could not give an appointment for today. Very prompt and efficient in replacing the leaking pipe below the kitchen sink. Highly recommended.

The plumber who came to the house lied to us. He offered to try to fix our sump pump first, then if he wasn't able to, he would replace it. He worked on it for 2 hours and charged us $695. It was then 3:00PM on New Year's Eve and he said that he wouldn't be able to get parts. At that point he told us he'd contact us at the beginning of next week with estimates. He never did, and after leaving messages for 3 days, the owner finally called to say that he might be able to send someone out in 2 days to replace the pump. I told him to forget it. My elderly mother who is in hospice has already been without a bathroom for a week.
