I woke up this morning to a completely clogged kitchen sink. I called Discover at 7:30, got a call back at 7:35, and they came and fixed two drains by the end of the day. I was charged what I was quoted. What could have been a small disaster was just a minor inconvenience because of Discover!

Faren and Leonardo came over and fixed a pronblem I've had for four years. No one was able to figure it out and I had numerous estimates for $3-$4k to fix a leak in my tub. They fixed it within ONE HOUR!!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

I appreciated Discover's responsiveness. I called in the morning and they called back within an hour. I had an appointment for that afternoon.

The technician charged $150 to cut holes in the drywall to determine the source of the leak (they would not repair it). When it was found out that that drain was not leaking. He charged me another $125 to determine if the tiled wall was the source--I felt I didn't have a choice and agreed. When it was determined where the tile and tub meet needed recaulking--he would make an additional charge to caulk (and no warranty). No thanks. This charge as you go had had me feeling taken advantage of. Next time I will take my time in finding a plumber.

2018: seems every year we have one or two issues related to plumbing. This year the kitchen disposal. Lucky for us the issue didn't happen on the weekend and we know it's time to call Discover plumbing(there was a name change for the company).

The guys came on time and were polite and professional as usual. Estimate was given before the work started and they provided options and recommendations to us. Work was done carefully and highly efficiently. It's very neat like the last time (I didn't even have to clean up afterwards).




2017: Having a broken toilet is never good, but I am very happy in choosing Celsos to help me out on this emergency.

They picked up phone calls quickly, and gave me an estimate over the phone after I explained the situation. To make sure they have the parts that were needed for the fix I also emailed before they came. They replied my email also pretty fast.

The two guys came on time, very professional with all the tools and the right parts. The fix was quick and they didn't leave a mess for me to clean afterwards. They always had towels and sponges to wipe excess water on the bathroom floor.

Price was reasonable, especially after I got an almost doubled estimate from another company.

Very nice service and will use them again if I have plumbing issues in the future.

I called Celsos when having a water pressure problem in a shower in my mobile home. Either a receptionist or the plumber answered their phones promptly and I got an appointment right away. Ferrin and another plumber arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my problems--they also discovered a leak caused by a previous plumber who had worked on my shower a couple of days earlier. They left to get a part to cap off the leak and quickly returned, fixed the problem well for now although I will have to get repiped in the future. I will be sure to call Celsos again when I have more plumbing issues. Professional, friendly, skilled. A+++ service!!

These guys are excellent-- I highly recommend them. We discovered a nasty leak under our kitchen sink, which meant no cleaning dishes or running the dishwasher or using the sink whatsoever, so we were desperate to find a plumber. On the Saturday of a three-day weekend, they were the only plumbers we could find to come out any day before the next Tuesday. They showed up within the 2-hour window of time they provided, arriving at 2:30pm that day! Vladimir's was professional and courteous; and more important, quick, thorough and exact. Awesome!
