I'm no home repair expert, but I feel like it's really easy to overpay for plumbing and rooter services. They were available for a same day appointment and efficient -- in an out in 15 minutes for a clogged toilet. Definitely recommend!

I live in an apartment building that had a serious plumbing problem. The pipes underground had to be replaced due to a leak. We were told it would be 4 or 5 days, which turned into 2 weeks. The work done was sufficient; the crew was polite, but no one on site for most of the days spoke English, so it was very difficult to deal with problems. My electricity was turned off without ng notified and my refrigerator was off most of the day one day. And a few days later a fuse was blown so the exterior safety light and interior stairwell light were off and STILL ARE because I couldn't convey the problem to the crew. I've phoned twice to get this rectified and left messages, but no one has taken the time to return my call. Several times the water was turned off for hours on end and no one let us know when it was starting or ending. I'm not impressed. Luckily I don't have to pay for it! Becky
An addendum to the review. Just spoke with the owner who says he is going to send someone to check the electricity to the safety lights.

I had an issue with my shower diverter. Andres responded quickly, came on time and figured out the problem. He quickly went and got the new plumbing part needed and fixed the issue within an hour. Thanks so much!

I needed a leaky sink looked at quickly and Faren was very kind and communicated well what was happened. I will give them another call in the future.

Yellow curb parking in Daly City is strictly for loading and unloading for a maximum 20 minutes. This review isn't for any type of service. I'm disabled and I had a simple dental checkup I was trying to get to today but he decided to stay parked here texting or doing whatever on his phone for more than the allowed 20 minutes. Maybe it's my fault for not saying anything to him but regardless of me being disabled or not, it didn't seem to bother him that I had to park further away from the entrance to get in and out. Please be mindful of who you might be hindering, and also the city parking code rules, that's all.

I had an excellent experience. Faren and team replaced my sewer line and water line from my house to the street. They were super professional, did a great job, and were easy to work with. It couldn't have been a smoother process. Highly recommend!

Quick response, friendly, on time(!), and great prices. AND quality work and finish. Great plumbing company; will call them again if anything new pops up.

Very happy with this business services. We had a non emergency appointment made over the weekend. I wasn't expecting a call back until Monday but was called back within 20 minutes. Clog was repaired and future work needed was communicated. The price was within reason. I will be using them again for sure!

Our washing machine flooded in the evening due to the drain being clogged. I tried snaking it myself with a 25' snake but it didn't help. I contacted Discover to ask for a quote in the morning and they responded with the best price and the shortest window to come over.
They only had a one hour window as opposed to some other devices that have 4+ hours which they arrived as promised. Not only did a service tech arrive, but the manager as well. Both were extremely professional and assessed the problem before taking any action.
They isolated it to the mainline and was able to run a commercial snake to have everything unclogged in less than an hour. Once everything was tested with the other water lines to make sure the problem was resolved they cleaned up the work area and hooked up the lines back to the washing machine.
I can't express how much I would recommend this company for jobs big or small. I'll definitely be reaching out to them for service in the future.

I have no complaints about their workers, but for the management team.
We ""discovered"" that Discover Plumbing dropped the final inspection after the (replace sewer line) project was done (2021) which resulted in the permit expiring. When the permit expires, the county doesn't approve any future permits. The county charged us $82.50 to re-instate the permit from a year ago so that we can arrange a final inspection and get going on our next project. The county inspector is also at fault for not arranging with Discover Plumbing to sign off on the project instead of leaving a blank paper saying the homeowner is not home.
The new sewer line is visible since it is in the front yard and should have been approved of without the homeowner being present to show them the two clean out portals where the inspector (R. Gendreau) must enter the front yard in order to knock on the front door. One does not even need to enter the yard to see the work was done, the sidewalk re-paved, the street asphalt filled in. (""Contractor has restored the sidewalk, verified smooth dowels. Ok to final. Pics taken Inspector: AC Status: Pass 10/13/2021"")
