With over 10 years in plumbing, I progressed from apprentice to field supervisor. During my time as a supervisor, I understood the importance of customer service and how returning customers influence our trade, especially with their positive recommendations. Towards the end of my supervisory role, I met my business partner, and we agreed it was the right moment to start a small rooter business, drawing on our extensive experience in the field.
