Very bad customer service. I didn't even get to schedule an appointment. Whoever it was that answered the phone was very abrasive and not helpful. I called in the morning as was only told someone would be paged and would call me. Several hours later still nothing. I just wanted to schedule an appointment for someone to come out. Great way to get customers!

Awesome service and fair pricing! Geri came out to hook up our drain and piping for our new sink and installed our garbage disposal as well. He and his coworker came in and went straight to work! Saved us the hassle of trying to learn how to install these ourselves and failing it. He also seemed very knowledgeable and an expert in his field.

Called them on a Friday afternoon, around quitting time, about my floor heating up. Roland and Alonzo came on Saturday and found I had a slab leak in my hot water line. They were actually going to another job, but turned off the water heater, and said they'd be back on Monday afternoon. Roland and Alonzo came back on Monday, as promised. They had to cut through my hardwood floors, plus cut through the slab. They repaired my problem in quick order. I highly recommend Discount Rooter.

While the service was quick and friendly, the plumber left with no change in my plumbing. I called due to gurgling pipes, and the plumber arrived and an assistant(?) immediately climbed on my roof and started cleaning the sewage lines between my house and the city lines. He never came inside to actually assess the issue. He kept commenting on how great my toilets flushed after, but they never had an issue to begin with. It was somewhere from the kitchen to my master shower (the only 2 places gurgling). The actual plumber happened to be on crutches at the time, so crawling under my house to inspect anything was not in the question. I've called 3 times and left messages to no response. Basically, I spent $285 to still have gurgling pipes and no advice on the next step I should take.

Though it was a $285 rate, it was definitely worth the money & quality. I woke up this morning to horrible back up in my tub & toilet. I called the company & they had me scheduled in ( on New Year's Day) within an hour. Jimmy was my plumber & was very knowledgeable and got it done quickly and was hilarious lol. That's always a bonus. I would definitely refer this company & use again in the future.

We called at noon on a Sunday with a drain emergency. The team was already on another job and they kept us informed of their progress and called twice to touch base and update their ETA. As promised they were here within a few hours. They were very efficient, got right to it, cleaning the line and unclogging the toilets. I could have done without them scratching up my toilet bowls with their snake as well as the indignant response I got when I had the nerve to complain. Would have given them a 4 or maybe a 5 because of the quick response and otherwise good service, but dropped it to a 3 since now I need to figure out how to get the deep scratches out of my toilet bowls, grrr. We used the Yelp coupon and ended up paying $300 which isn't terrible for a Sunday call. Would definitely use again but next time I'll know to ask before hand if the repair will result in any damage to my fixtures.

Great, great service from these guys! 'Had a plugged line to the city sewer, and Rick came right out and took care of it, no muss, no fuss. They're busy, so you'll need to go through their answering service, but they called right back and told me when they'd be here. They arrived on time and just got right to work with diagnosis and correction. Prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend these guys. Local, experienced, and no pressure to buy things I didn't need. Much appreciated.

I went for a week without being able to use any water due to every time I flushed or used the sink the backwash came back into my tub and standing shower. I tried to call them for 3 days, and all I got was an answering service that told me they would call me within an hour. After 2 Hours, I called them back and got the same response. Their customer service is REALLY lacking when you can't get a call back for 3 whole days. I found a better service.
