Had them come out to check out a smell in my bathroom that we don't know where its coming from. The plumber flushed the toilet a few times and checked behind it and said he didn't know what it was coming from. They leave and I see them walk behind my house to look at the golf course for a few mins. Turns out i got charged for 30 mins of labor and the report said they were here for 31 mins. Guess I had to pay $55 extra for them to flush the toilet for me and checkout the fairways. That's dirty work no pun intended. Last time I use them.

I've used Mike/Discount Plumbing twice in the last year -- first time to repair leaking pipes in my kitchen sink, and recently to fix/replace my shower valve. Both times, they were ON TIME and pleasant to work with and did a wonderful job, including pointing out some things I wasn't aware of. They were respectful of my time and property.
Especially Jorge with my shower valve replacement. The job turned out to be more than a simple repair due to the age of the shower valve (1970's - 1980's vintage). They did a lovely job, and the pricing was more than fair.
I will use them anytime I need any plumbing work done.

Discount Plumbing: DOUBLE CHARGES What they do is pull up to your homes for 5 mins alone come in and leave to get equipment for the job and an assistant. Not before he came, knowing what job he has when he came over. 1.5 hrs later he is back to install my hot water heater. It took another 1.5 hrs. I asked to play for it. No, the office will take care of it. Thinking,""Oh pay for it?"" because the first crew were real As_h___s."" Yelling at me, telling me that they don't install units,""taller"" than the replacement"". Another lie. Anyway, it took another 1.5 hours to install the hot water heater after it was installed and they left a huge mess they sat in front of my home for 30 minutes. I did ask to pay for it and he stated the office would take care of it. I'm thinking, that the office would be paying for it because of my problems with the last crew. I got the bill in the mail and it was for almost $500 . After numerous phone calls to Billy who is the owner he took off one hour of Labor still overcharging me for half an hour . Do not ever use Discount Plumbing again. Not unless you like wasting your money and throwing it out the window.

Was driving behind one of their trucks on my way to work this morning. He was going about 10 miles an hour, which was frustrating, and also driving just close enough to the middle of the road so I couldn't get around him. I guess he was lost. He finally comes to a stop, then turns, not signaling (of course). I did not blow my horn or anything, but he must have seen my disgusted face and he flipped me the bird. Not exactly smart when the logo of your business is on the side of your van. Jerk. I will not be calling them!

I had a water leak this past Saturday at our beach house and called Discount Plumbing, Mike came out and repaired the leak ASAP! Very fast, courteous service and the bill was nominal. This was for emergency service on a weekend! You have a problem call this company.

Just no. If you don't have an issue, they will take their time and create one. Had to come back and fix what they changed, and then charged another service call fee. Ugh. Anyone but them.

Only company able to get out to me within a week when my sink backed up. Very nice technician.
