What an amazing expereince I had with Discount Plumbing. My sistuation was a leaking faucet and needed to be replace. I called Discount Plumbing and got Tony as my service representative. He set up an appointment for the next day which fit my schedule and was on time and very preofessional. In a timely manner, Tony repalce my old faucet with my new one in a timely, educated me on a few things and was kind and caring to my family. Responded promptly to request for quote. Made time the same day to replace broken water heater. When water did not heat in 2 hours, we called Tony. He came back that evening on his way home from his last job. He realized that there must be a defective part in the new water heater. Tony and his partner came back the next morning to verify. Went to get the new part and came back to replace it. They waited 1/2 hour to be sure the unit was working. Our charge was exactly what they quoted. They were pleasant, courteous, informative and made sure our problem was taken care of. We could not have asked for better service. Will call them in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

I called them to replace a faucet and garbage disposal. They said they'd arrive between 10 and 12, at 11:30 I got al call saying they couldn't be here until after 1. They showed up at 1:30, took a look at it and then said they'd have to go out for parts. I waited a couple hours for them to return, and tried calling several times, and left messages, but got no response. I wasted a whole day waiting for them, with no result. Totally unprofessional and had no respect for the customer's time.

They are amazing! They fixed a major water heater and leaking problem. They were curtious and clean. I've been using them for about 10 years and highly recommend you call them if you have a plumbing or hot water issue. I know they do other services as well. Again I can't say how much I appreciate a company that has a mostly male staff who treat woman good and don't try and get over on you. Tony and his employees are the best. They made my day

I I decided to be proactive on Sunday and use the baking powder and vinegar in my shower drain it was working OK but I thought this way I'll ensure I won't have to call a plumber. Well I guess I used too much baking powder and ended up clogging my own drain. I had used Tony and Discount Plumbing last year for a re-pipe they did an excellent job last year so I thought I still have his number in my phone I'll just give him a call so I called and he gave me a time and was prompt masked came out and did a great job.
