Fred was fast, friendly and fastidious! I called at 1:30pm on a Saturday with an overflowing kitchen sink and by 4, Fred was onsite and fixing the problem. He even put on booties before coming in, which I didn't realize I would appreciate. 30min later my evening and weekend are saved.

As a first time homebuyer, finding a plumber I could trust was a daunting task; however when I found this company, a weight was lifted off my shoulders! Kevin the owner, is absolutely great! I called and ask for a recommendation on a gas dryer instillation, he sent someone out that same day who was nice, knowledgeable and quick! Highly recommend this company :)

Connor came over to our place and was immediately able to diagnose the issue with the clog in the kitchen sink that we were struggling with for almost a week! Is there less than one star? I waited for 6 (+) Hours and they still did not show up. I was scheduled for 11-1, they requested to be bumped to 2-4, it is 5:15 and no one is here. When requesting my appointment I specifically ask for Saturday availability and I was assured they could accommodate. (Even the hold music said they can be anywhere within an hour.) I cannot be home during the week. Around 4 PM they told me that the plumber was held up, I talk to the plumber where he then said that the supply stores were now closed. He indicated that at 11 he may have been able to help me but now that it's 4, no matter how they looked at it they would have to come back. Again the hold music (which I've experienced quite a bit of) indicates that they can save time by not needing to do supply runs.

The only bright spot of this entire encounter was a friendly receptionist named Minerva. I actually feel quite bad for her because no managers are allegedly available on the weekends, so, even though they could take seven hours of my day a manager could not be bothered to get on the phone for 15 minutes.

Truly appalling service. So bad in fact, I went to another plumber.

WOW... for the amazing experience today. This is exactly what great service should be. They were highly recommended by appliance techs as being super competent and fair. So I decided to give them a try for a very tricky plumbing issue.
From the first contact, Barbara at the main office handled my call and query with patience and professionalism. Then Sean, the business owner, went out of his way to ""pre-screen"" our problem via phone and email before coming out. He was eager to provide free honest and expert advice which was appreciated. Therefore I proceeded with scheduling and sure enough, they showed up right on time, deploying extra care and patience evaluating and handling the issue. The scary plumbing problem was fixed in no time to much of my relief and the fee was even super fair and to the point. This company is a true delight to work with and I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future.

I had excellent experience with discount plumbing. They tried to unclog my sink, even in the end they couldn't fix the complicated problem, they didn't charge me. I personally recommend this honest company.

Joseph and Cody (not sure i spelled that right) were able to come by our apartment late last night (around 11:00) to help us with an issue we were having with our washing machine. They were super nice and did their best to resolve the issue...unfortunately they have to come back with more tools, but it was really cool that they came out so late on such short notice and did the best they could with what they had...will write in again when they come back!
