Efrain helped us identify a leak that was 18 inches below the ground where water was leaking into the ground. Called based on ad from Valu-Pak. Got 9-11am window for following day. Reason for call was very slow draining tub on ground floor. No word by 11:10am so had to call office to find out what the scoop was. Guy told me they'd be out sometime today which means I have to sit home all day waiting? He called back 15 minutes later to say Saul was on his way. Got both email and text with Saul's pic which was nice. Saul snaked tub and it's flowing great now. He took precautions to not make a mess, cleaned up well, and was pleasant. Saul was a 5. The reason for the 4 stars was that there was not great communication during my 9-11 window.
