The Discount Plumbing Rooter team was in my neighborhood working on a sewage lateral job. I have inquired Ivan the service manager on a quote for adding a clean out drain on my house. Within an hour Conner show up at my door and start to do a sewage camera detection / inspection from roof. We ran into issue where camera could not reach further to front of house. Conner decided to pull my toilet from my first floor bathroom as an alternative route to get camera view. Everything up until this point was fine and this team was able to marked the location of the clean out drain.
When Conner tried to put back the toilet, we have discovered the flange under the toilet was very loose and indicated poor workmanship from my previous owner of my property.
Conner quickly contacted his service manager Adan to come help with restoring the toilet. Adan and Conner both went above beyond my expectations. Adan went under my crawl space and added 2x 4 to secure the pipe and flange from underneath. In the same time, Adan and Conner got his crew to install my clean out drain outside enclosed in a nice looking cement sewage box.
Adan and Conner gave me a great price and the whole team did a great job!
In this COVID time, they all have mask on and each time someone enter my house, they have the sleeve to cover their shoe and clean up after the job.
I was very happy with the work done by this team.
