Samuel came bright and early and when he said he would be here, he was. He had my seriously clogged tub shower clear quick as you please after the two grown men here tried and tried. He was courteous, pleasant, professional, efficient and it was a joy to deal with him. I wish all my experiences went so well.

Furthermore, I loved the phone greeting when I called including ""how can I make you smile?"" Come on, what more could I ask for? I chuckled! Add that to the great customer service in the field and I'll be back if and when the need arrives. Thank you Samuel!

My bathroom sink was running slow and I'd had a slow leak in the waste pipe that comes from my kitchen. I called Monday morning hoping to schedule something for this week, but was told that someone would come out today. Great! My technician, Carlos Gallardo checked out my bath sink and the cleanout for my kitchen drain and set to work-45minutes later everything is running great and it even included a months warranty in case the drains slow down again. Can't ask for better!

Clogged tub; we called the plumber, and they were out within the hour!!! Our property management company was trying to use a different plumber that couldn't make it out until Saturday afternoon. Needed to have a plumbing company to fix a backed-up mainline that was spewing onto the street. I'm old school and used the yellow pages and found Discount Plumbing Rooter Inc. I called about 10 A.M. and spoke to Eta and told her what I needed and she assured me that a plumber would be here before noon. At about 11:30 Angelo, the plumber, came and told him what was going on and he was very professional and gave me the estimate and since I was a first time customer I qualified for a special. He proceeded to do his work and within 45 minutes he was done. He even placed my garbage bins close to the garage door, as I am wheelchair bound. He was utterly professional and very patient with my dog who thought the company was for him. I would not hesitate in calling Discount Plumbing should the need ever arise. I high recommend them and wish them nothing but luck and success.

Our kitchen sink runs a little slow each winter, but it got completely stuck this past weekend. No amount of Drano (we tried 3 different kinds) would fix it.

We contacted Discount Plumbing Rooter one morning, and they sent Mike out within an hour as promised. Gosh, I wish Comcast would be as punctual as them.

Mike was extremely professional and courteous. He put on shoe covers, swiftly started the diagnosis, and talked me through the process. After the onsite estimate, I let Mike do his magic. Within 20 minutes, the sink was fixed. I'm a delighted customer and would use this company again.

Our bathtub water faucet broke so that it only dispensed scalding hot water. Angelo called to let us know when he was a few minutes out, he quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated to me the options for repair or replacement. After securing the needed parts he quickly finished the job and cleaned the bathtub area so that it was spotless. I also asked him to replace our whole house shut off valve once we discovered that the existing one did not work. Angelo beautifully replaced the old valve with a new one then cleaned this area of the garage so that its tidier than before he came. I will ask for Angelo again when we have another plumbing problem. He was quiet, quick and competent.

I called this company because I needed a plumber to come out because we needed our upstairs sink looked at. It seemed to be clogged, but the bigger concern was water would run down through into our first floor bathroom. It would come through the ceiling fan as well as the light fixture. These was the first company that actually answered the phone and could service the business quickly. We schedule for the next day. Mike M was the plumber who came out. He was very knowledgeable and explained it in layman's terms to me as plumbing talk is like speaking Greek to me. I appreciate their quick response.
