I called Discount Plumbing to help with a problem with the kitchen sink disposer. I did not have the tools to do any troubleshooting. They were quick to respond and schedule an appointment. Onan (sorry if I'm misspelling) came and quickly diagnosed the issue, and resolved it in a matter of minutes. Price was more than fair and more importantly, he was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional. Would not hesitate to call them again!

We had a minor issue with our water hook ups for our washing machine. Edgar came out to investigate and he was on time, courteous and figured out the problem in no time! And, because it was a simple fix(for him), he fixed the problem with no charge. We will definitely be using Discount Plumbing for our future plumbing needs

AWFUL company. Zero stars if I could. Scheduled service for last week, and they cancelled on me - promising to come the next day.

Come the next day - they cancel again and reschedule for the weekend.

Come the weekend - they do not show up in the scheduled appointment block. I call TWICE to confirm that they are still coming, and both times they tell me that they are still coming (no apologies or anything for being late). I wait the entire block, and then some time afterward as well, and they still have not shown up.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. The most unreliable service I have ever seen. They will literally let you rot while waiting, and gaslight you into thinking that everything is normal. Just go find another company - it can't get worse than this.

Recently moved into a new unit and only a few weeks in the laundry room flooded. Antonio was on site within an hour of calling and got right to work figuring out what the problem was. He even went the extra mile to get both himself and his equipment up onto the roof of the unit below to snake out a section of clogged pipe. It was an unexpected big job but he figured it out and got it done. I'm so relieved! Highly recommend

Ryan was on time, super knowledgeable, and located the necessary part and installed it the same day, in addition to fixing our water shutoff valve which broke. Requested a quote to replace a sink, base, and faucet. The plumber showed up on time, evaluated the job and provided a quote. The quote was higher than we expected. But we went ahead and had the job completed. The plumber did a very good job and left the area clean and ready for use. We've been using it for a couple of days and have no issues. Everything was done very well. I'm glad I didn't try to do it myself. I would not have done it nearly as well.

The price is higher than some others. But you get what you pay for. Saving money on plumbing now can be costly down the road. I'm glad we got the job done quickly and done well.
