Received a quick response from Kevin with the number to call to get our toilet fixed. Called on a Sunday and was given a 2 HR window for the same day. Marcos showed up in that window and walked us through was he was going to do in order to get our toilet fixed. Marcos was very pleasant and even talked to our landlord about a broken fill valve that she will replace. He was able to fix our toilet so it flushes now! I would recommend using Discount Plumber to others.

I called them for a sewer line replacement quote. I woke up and met with the technician and he promised me a quote in 24 hours. One week goes by. I call to follow up - they say 24 hours and confirm all my information. Another week goes by. I call to follow up again and they don't know what's going on.

Dealing with this company was a waste of my time.

Mike came out and was extremely helpful and efficient. He came over on a a Saturday morning to fix my garbage disposal, which is unheard of. He explained everything perfectly and really did a great job. I will call him every time I need help!!!

Reliable and Courteous!

Tried to DIY a clogged kitchen drain for hours to no avail. I didn't necessarily choose Discount Plumbing and Rooter by the amount of stars, they were the first to answer the phone(it was a Saturday.) I'm glad they did. The concierge was friendly and let me know that a crew was on their way- estimated window of 30min. Within 40min I had the crew at my house. Very professional and even put on booties. My two plumbers were Conrad and Angelo. They were friendly and genuinely cared about my house and plumbing needs. What took me hours with no result took them 20min. They had the right tools for the job and even gave me some solid tips on preventive measures. Two very solid dudes. After about 30min onsite they were done. I really appreciated the professionalism and care they displayed. In addition to correcting my issue, they thoroughly cleaned under my sink and even checked some of the other connections to ensure everything was in working order. If I ever have plumbing issues in the future I will not hesitate to call, neither should you.

The only negative( wasn't Angelo or Conrad) and why Discount Plumbing received 4 starts is their cost. They would not offer an over the phone bid. After they left some of the other plumbers returned my call and offered their bid. Discount was by far the most expensive.

I requested the day before for someone to look at my company's faucet asap and someone came in the next day. Angelo was able to fix it that day. He even went out to get the part and cleaned the sink! He definitely gave me excellent expert service. Will definitely request him again!

I had Conrad come out to our home in Woodside because the Moen Faucet broke. Conrad came out promptly and evaluated the problem. Then Angelo came out with the new parts within a couple of days and fixed the problem. Angelo was very meticulous and didn't make any mess. He even had booties to go over his boots. We appreciated that. Great job, great service. We will be using Discount Plumbing in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

great service and good value. they installed a earthquake gas valve for my house in Burlingame when I found out my insurance co was going to cancel my policy if I didn't have valve installed asap.

I called them Friday morning because our office building has a faulty urinal flushometer. They dispatched Efrain an hour later. He gave me the run down on the pros and cons of repairing and replacing the value. I decided to replace the valve per his suggestion because of the warranty and the age of the old flushometer. He managed to locate an in stock part with one their distributors and we were up and running in a couple of hours. He was quick, clean and throughout in his work and very personable. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for.
I like Discount Plumbing so much I've asked them to do work on my residence.
