They came when everyone else was unavailable for 4th of July weekend and they even offered a free quote. They were able to come out within 18 hours and came out on a Saturday. The minimum was very reasonable (less than $200), especially for a Saturday repair on a holiday weekend. And when we asked if he could fix another small problem in addition to the leaky disposal it was really affordable (extra $25, total was $225).

Fred was amazing. He explained what was going on, looked at a few other issues to see if they were easily fixable (sadly they would require replacing the sink, which we decided not to do). He even made a few recommendations for us. Would highly recommend.

I love that the company called to let me know that Yachua would be arriving in 30 minutes. He called me from the front door, which was great, so my dog did not go crazy with the doorbell. These guys are great! Marcus came out here and gave us an amazingly competitive estimate for a hydro jetting of our main line. We'd thought we'd have to wait at least a day to hear back from our landlord and told him to go on, but he drove right back when we got the go-ahead a few minutes later. He fixed it up in no time and both he and the call center really came through. Definitely going back to these guys for any future projects.

I've had a great experience with Discount Plumbing. They have come out on two different occasions. Once for a major leak of a toilet that overflowed, and second with a kitchen faucet repair. Both Omar and Conner were expedient, and efficient. They were also extremely courteous, super polite and cleaned up after. I wouldn't think twice to utilize Discount Plumbing in the future!

I have called these guys a couple of times.

The first time I had a problem with drains blocked at the back of my house. Water was backing up from the bathroom upstairs into the kitchen sink below. My regular plumber could not figure it out. Discount Plumbing came and fixed it. It seemed a little expensive, but they got the job done and I was happy. Four+ stars for that.

The second time my main drain clogged. It runs about 30 feet from the front of my house to the street, and backs up every few years. I called Discount Plumbing. They were very prompt. He quoted me something in the neighborhood of $700 to rout it, or $1800 to run some super duper machine that he said would be much better. Fortunately, it was not an emergency, so I said I needed to explore my options. I called my regular plumper, and he routed it out no problem. $200.

So, four+ stars for the first visit, one for the second (but only for being so prompt and courteous). Conclusion: these guys know what they are doing and are good at it, but have no problem trying to take advantage of you if they sense they can get away with it. But, to be fair, I have no idea what the market price is for their work. I just know that the price I was quoted for the second job was crazy.
