I was having some plumbing issues at my business and found Discount Plumbing through a google search. I called and they quickly sent out Tony who literally could not have been more professional and helpful. He scopes out the problem and gave me a run down of the options... I felt very informed and involved with the process, which is very empowering in this type of situation that can cause one to feel very out of control. He was very communicative--explained different scenarios and options, and he worked *very* hard for pretty much the whole afternoon, as the problem ended up being bigger than I realized. That said, I was very satisfied with the job and felt the price was extremely reasonable. I asked for Tony's card so that I could request him by name if I ever need a plumber in the future. Our toilet had a problem (there's no water coming into the tank) and were not sure what's going on. We called ""Discount Plumber Rooter"" then they came within 30minutes with a reasonable quote. Once they came, they instantly diagnosed 2 valves are old and that caused of preventing water coming into the tank. We agreed on the price and they started working replacing 2 valves immediately. We had problems with the plumbing at our house and they arrived 30 mins right after we called them which was great given the pandemic that we're going through. Mike was very courteous and understanding, he was wearing a mask, gloves and etc. He explained everything that was wrong with our plumbing, and got it done efficiently. Discount Plumbing has always been our go to Plumber. They are fast and knowledgeable. They have done everything from replacing the main sewer line on my family home to unclogging many shower drains. Recently we had a severely clogged drain and another plumber recommended we replace the drain pipes which would have cost thousands and damaged the shower and walls. Discount Plumbing came out and identified the issue in minutes. The clog was not an issue with pipes, but the drain was severely clogged with hair. Discount advised use to a mechanical snake and they fixed the issue for a few hundred dollars. I would highly recommend the team at Discount Plumbing!

My technician Angel Briseno showed up right on time and was very professional. Called in the morning and showed up right after lunch. Angel took care of the clogging problem in no time and even made sure the splash from the snaking was wiped clean.
