Excellent & speedy service. I had a clogged toilet which I plunged strongly about 8 times without success. Then I called about 5 other plumbers in SF & none of them could help me until 2 pm tomorrow & I only have one toilet.

Discount Plumbing and Kyle did a great job. I unfortunately had multiple plumbing issues and he was able to fix them all in a timely fashion. He was also honest about an issue that didn't need immediate fixing which I appreciated. The prices seemed a bit high compared to what I found online from Googling but that might just be the Bay Area premium, who knows. Hopefully the repairs last and the work seemed quite thorough. I would obviously prefer not to spend a pretty large sum of money on plumbing issues but given that I had to, the convenience and communication and diligence were all appreciated.

Discount Plumbing was the only plumbing company that offered me an appointment on a holiday instead of telling me they can't help me. We had problems with our water heater and not getting hot water for three days. Elmer and Josue replaced our water heater with a new Bradford. They were professional, efficient, and friendly.
